Bennie and Jennie supported the drop-ins every step of the way, including working on me with Rover cards and understanding the process. The actual drop-ins were seamless, Jennie provided so many pictures and videos, and updates of what my cats were up to. They were nervous, but clearly enjoyed their time with her!
