I also have extensive animal care experience through 4 years of volunteering with Cat Adoption Team and 5 years with HUNAH, a herding dog rescue, where I also helped host donation drives. Additionally, I spent 2 years shadowing at a veterinary clinic. I’m comfortable caring for pets with different ages, personalities, and needs, and I always treat every animal with patience, attention, and care.

Schedule
I’m currently taking online classes, which gives me a flexible schedule throughout the week. I also have a part time internship for about 2 hours, two days a week. Outside of those commitments, I have plenty of availability for walks, drop ins, house sitting, and spending quality time with pets. I’m happy to work around each pet’s individual routine and needs.

I prioritize safety, communication, and keeping pets comfortable in their familiar environment. I carefully follow each owner’s instructions and routines, including feeding, walks, medications if needed, and other care requirements. I’m attentive to doors, gates, leashes, and other safety details, and I’ll keep owners updated so they know their pets are safe and doing well.
A typical day
I love keeping pets both physically and mentally engaged! Depending on their personality and energy level, we might go for walks, play with their favorite toys, practice enrichment games, explore outside, or simply relax together. I’ll always follow their normal routine and make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, and affection
