“Marcelle was incredible! My dog is typically very anxious when it comes to meeting new people but she warmed up to her instantly! Marcelle sent picture updates throughout the walk which put me at ease. Your dog will be in great hands with Marcelle!”

“Irina was quick to respond to my request for service and she even came over to do a meet and greet before the first day. She sent me pictures and videos and even accommodated adding an extra time slot during my weekend trip!”

About: I was able to get through an illness because of animals, especially Dogs. I connect easily with them. They bring joy to each and every day. I volunteer 6 hrs wk and I have a part time job that is extremely flexible. I live alone and spend all nights at home. Make sure they have ample walking adventures and potty breaks. Interact with them while in home, outside of crate. Keep a prompt schedule for them.
About: I stand out because I have real, hands-on experience with dogs of all ages. I helped raise my boxer from a puppy and understand training routines, energy management, and consistency. I’ve also cared for a senior shih tzu, giving me experience with gentle handling and attentive senior care. I’m reliable, observant, patient, and focused on keeping pets safe, comfortable, and happy. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work part-time 2–3 days a week and play basketball for my team, which has helped me build strong time-management skills. Outside of those commitments, I plan my schedule around pet care to make sure each pet gets consistent attention, exercise, feeding, and companionship. I’m organized, dependable, and always make pets a priority when they’re in my care. I care for pets by following their regular routines as closely as possible, whether in my home or a client’s home. This includes feeding on schedule, fresh water, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. I’m very observant and make sure pets are comfortable, safe, and relaxed in their environment. I respect each pet’s needs, energy level, and personality, and I always communicate with owners by providing updates and photos for peace of mind. My goal is to make every pet feel secure and well cared for while their owner is away.
“My pup Bibi had the best walk with Rachael! She came home and zoomed around in excitement and probably cannot wait to walk with her again. Thank you!”

About: I bring nearly 10 years of experience caring for homes and pets, from tiny Chihuahuas to gentle Bernese Mountain Dogs. I’m skilled in puppy training, senior pet care, and understanding each animal’s unique needs. As a Mindset & Mental Health coach, I naturally bring patience, calm, and strong intuition, ensuring pets feel safe and loved. Known for my reliability, warmth, and attention to detail, I give homeowners complete peace of mind while they’re away. I work fully remote as a Mindset & Mental Health coach, which gives me a flexible daily and weekly routine. This allows me to dedicate plenty of focused time to your pets—feeding, walking, playtime, and companionship—while also keeping your home tidy and well cared for. My remote work schedule ensures I’m consistently present, attentive, and available to respond to any needs as they arise. I prioritize creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for every pet I care for. I prefer to sit at clients’ homes, keeping pets in the comfort of their familiar surroundings and routines. I care for them just as if they were my own—providing companionship, attention, and affection while ensuring their space is clean, secure, and stress-free. My goal is for both pets and homeowners to feel completely at ease while I’m caring for them.
About: I previously had a pet rabbit, however due to my dad’s allergies we were unable to have any dogs. However, whenever friends needed someone to walk/dog sit/ board their dog, we would take the dogs at my mums house. So I have experience with dogs who aren’t my own and feel comfortable with all dogs. About 4 years ago I was finally able to rescue my own dog and what a joy that is. She is a little spicy with other dogs, e bikes and motorbikes, so I am quite comfortable and confident with dogs that are perhaps reactive/aggressive and respect all dogs and their individual needs and quirks. You tell me what your dog wants and needs and I’ll be sure to take care of them like they are my own. I work full time, Monday to Friday, but Friday I work from home so have a flexible schedule to come visit and weekends I am always around. When it comes to your pet in your home, you let me know what is where and what they need and they will be well looked after. I will stay in communication with you to ensure you don’t need to worry about your pet at home and they will enjoy their walks and cuddles
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats and continued to have them into my college years as well. I love animals and only want to provide a comforting service so owners know their fur babies are taken care of. I work remotely, so given proper notice I can generally stop by anytime for either drop in or overnight care. My schedule is extremely flexible and I get that life is crazy so I can easily lend a hand. My pets are my kids, they’re my first and last thought throughout my day and I want that same level of attention to be given to any pet I’m taking care of.
About: As a dedicated dog dad, I proudly care for an adorable 3 year old Australian Shepherd and Dachshund mix named Olly. I grew up with dogs all my life, which gave me the interest of taking care and raising my own dog. My love for animals extends to all species, and I'm passionate about ensuring their well-being. Olly is currently a reactive dog, which I've developed a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to pet care, making me well-equipped to tend to pets requiring extra attention and care. Having navigated the challenges of caring for an anxious/reactive dog, I approach similar situations with patience and understanding. My flexible schedule, as I'm currently between jobs, allows me to dedicate ample time to your pets on both weekdays and weekends. For dog walking, rest assured because I'll remain vigilant around other dogs. I understand the importance of playtime during drop-in visits, especially if you're traveling. Eager to make this a full-time commitment for the time being as I am taking a break from my career, I will offer a reliable and caring presence for your beloved animals that are your family. I currently work on a hybrid work schedule, going into the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My schedule is open throughout the week, allowing me to seamlessly integrate pet care into my routine. Whether it's weekdays or weekends, I'm committed to providing reliable and attentive service for your beloved pets. Looking forward to the opportunity to spend quality time with them! Safety, trust, and creating a secure environment are my top priorities when caring for pets. In my home, I ensure a pet-friendly space, free of potential hazards, and tailored to their needs. When providing services in clients' homes, I follow their guidelines meticulously, maintaining a consistent routine and environment to ensure the utmost comfort for the pets. Clear communication with pet owners is key to building trust, and I am committed to upholding a safe and nurturing atmosphere for their furry companions.
“Deborah is the best dog caregiver I’ve ever met. She took tons of photos while they played, capturing Arya’s joy perfectly. I can tell how much Arya loves her just through the look in her eyes. If you need someone reliable, attentive, and loving to look after your dog, I highly recommend Deborah. She’s simply the best!”

About: I've always been a cat lover! I had two kittens since I was 17 years old, but I had to leave them at home (Bay Area) when I went to school in SoCal. In 2023 I adopted my own Siamese kitten! Since adoption I have taught him how to do tricks and harness trained him to go on walks! I also regularly clip his nails and brush his fur and bathe him once in awhile so I know how to be gentle with cats and to groom them without agitating them.I am also a super calm person and can handle cats that are anxious/territorial and have experience in giving medication in various forms such as liquid, pills, and injections. I am currently a PhD student at UCI. My daily schedule is usually very flexible as I do partially work from home. I make my own schedule for the most part which means that I'll be able to accomodate your pet's schedule. I live in a three story house with lots of space. My room is also a huge master bedroom full of cat shelves as well as scratching posts and plenty of space for cats to run and jump around. I have a litter robot in addition to a regular litter box which means that the cats won't have to worry about a dirty bathroom and even get to choose which one they want to use! I have a super friendly cat who is playful and respectful! He's super chill and loves other cats so you don't need to worry about him! My sister does have a dog, but she is gone most of the time as she loves to travel. There will also be a barrier that separates the dog from where the cats will be so there will be NO CONTACT between the cats and the dog. Your cats' safety is my priority and I have a few cameras around so I will always be able to monitor your cats even if I am not physically present.
About: Hello, fellow animal lover. Raised with pets, I’ve got a dog of my own. New to Rover, but punctual and dependable—every walk, feed, and check-in on the dot. I read pets quickly, from high-energy pups to easygoing seniors, and treat them with the same calm routine I give my own. Your dog or cat gets steady, stress-free care. Pet care is becoming my part-time job with an eye on full-time, so my schedule is highly flexible especially weekdays and holidays. I’m available for drop-ins, walks, or overnights whenever you need. I follow your instructions to the letter. I memorize the schedule—feeding, walking, meds, play—and show up on time every visit. I handle food, water, litter, exercise, and cleanup, then put everything back in its place. You’ll get a photo update after each stop so you know your pet and home are taken care of.
About: I really treat every dog like they’re my own — because I know what that love feels like. I have a dog named Ace who’s been with me for five years, and caring for him has taught me patience and trust is. I focus on making each visit calm, positive, and reliable so your pup actually looks forward to seeing me. I have experience training puppies, so I’m gentle and consistent while helping them build good habits. I also understand the extra care seniors need — slower walks, comfort, mobility support, and keeping an eye on medications and routines. My goal is simple: keep your dog safe, happy, and loved while you’re away, also keep you updated. I have lots of treats if allowed. FIRST TIME DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE My schedule is an open book. I do work part time so I do have plenty of time to respond and make due. Please feel free to message me anytime. I will respond as soon as possible. I provide attentive care tailored to each pet’s routine and personality. In my home or a client’s home, I follow feeding schedules, refresh water, clean litter boxes, administer basic medications if needed, and ensure a safe environment. I also prioritize playtime at the dog park or ate home, affection, and regular check-ins to keep pets comfortable. I have a fenced in yard and kennels if needed.
“Irene was wonderful with Loki. Loki is very high energy and often reactive towards other dogs and men, but he’s always on his best behavior for her. He even made another dog-friend on a walk with her - which has NEVER happened before. The photos of him on his walk make my day! He loved her from the start and I’m so grateful for her help with him. Highly, highly recommend her!”

About: Hello! 🐶✨ I was a proud dog owner for 15 wonderful years. In May 2021, I had to say goodbye to my sweet Bailey (a Shih Tzu) - he was truly the love of my life. While I’m not quite ready to get another dog of my own yet, I’d love to help take care of yours. Dogs just make me happy - it’s as simple as that! When your dog stays with me, they’ll be loved and cared for just like family. I’m kind, patient, and gentle, and I welcome dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. I work full-time Monday through Friday but I’m lucky to work from home - so your pup will never be alone for long. I’m fully available in the evenings and on weekends for boarding, walks, or drop-ins. Your dog will get tons of attention, love, and playtime - plus plenty of fresh water, treats, and walks for as long as they need! I take pride in making sure every dog feels safe, happy, and right at home. I’m truly excited to build lasting connections with amazing pups (and their humans!). I hope to grow this into a full-time career because caring for dogs brings me so much joy. Let’s set up a meet & greet - I can’t wait to meet your furry family member! ❤️🐾 I like to keep things cozy, so I host up to three pups at a time — max! so last-minute boarding requests may not always be possible. Please try to give at least three days’ notice — but I know life happens! I’ll always do my best to accommodate you and your pup whenever I can. 🐶✨ Your dog’s safety and comfort come first! 🐾✨ I provide one-on-one care so your pup gets my full attention. I typically care for only one dog at a time, but I may host up to three if they’re a good fit together. I live alone in a cozy one-bedroom, one-bath apartment — no roommates, kids, or other pets — so it’s a calm and quiet environment for your dog to relax and feel at home. While I don’t have a fenced yard, my apartment complex has plenty of safe walking paths and green spaces for potty breaks and exercise. Your pup will always be in a secure, loving, and peaceful environment with me!
About: I’ve taken care of animals ranging from cats, dogs, and even rats! My number one goal is to build trust with you and your pets by making them feel safe and cared about and giving you plenty of updates while you’re away! I work from home 95% of the time and I love using your cats/dogs as an excuse to take a break to play or go on a walk. I care about what your cat/dogs need whether that is exercise, meditation, company, etc. I also believe in them having their autonomy and to me that means respecting their space and letting them dictate how much cuddling they want to receive. First and foremost is their health and safety.
“This was our first time using Rover and were not sure what to expect. We found Elizabeth, she had great pricing and was close to our location. We reached out and set up an appointment for a 30 min walk. It went great, Elizabeth is a true pet lover. She treated our doggy with so much kindness and affection, he was so excited to see her. I would definitely recommend her, she rocks !”

Business District dog parents share their Rover experiences
My dogs acted like they knew Allison forever even though she had known them one minute when she walked in the door for their walk. She was calm, patient, and warm spirited, which definitely calm hyperactive Mr. peanut down. She even calmed me down :-) I highly recommend. She was independent navigating difficult parking walk the dogs, Extra and overall a really positive experience. Five stars!

She did a meet and greet with my dogs, which I really appreciate because one of them is super reactive! She addressed my concerns and learned our commands which made me feel comfortable! She also took a bunch of photos of them and updated me before and after their walk. She also texted me to ask their bathroom schedule, just to make sure they didn't need to go #2.

Crystal was amazing! It was my first time using Rover and I was super nervous, but she made it such a great experience. She kept in touch the whole time, even made time for a meetup, and was the sweetest with my little Chloe. I loved that she sent me picture updates too. I’d definitely recommend her if you’re looking for a pet sitter!💗🐶
