About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15 and have grown up with dogs my whole life. I started extended pet sitting care at age 18. I’m working part time and have time to walk your dogs during the day. Mornings, midday, and afternoon walks and check-in visits are all services I can help you and your dog with! I’ve owned dogs with all different levels of energy and needs, and have taken care an even wider range of types of dogs. About: I’ve had a drive to care for animals my entire life! I grew up with dogs and mostly cats and would dog-sitting for family members anytime they needed! I’ve always known that I wanted to work with animals when I grew up but veterinary care would make me too sad as it physically pains me to see sad and hurt animals:( I also have a history with horses and competing! I spent a summer(2023) in Louisiana volunteering at a barn where retired racehorses would get sent to rehab, retrain, and eventually rehome! I would spend all day helping rehab the horses! I worked at PetSmart both in the store as a PetCare Specialist and in the Grooming Salon as a Professional Bather! During my time there I realized how much I love making pets and their parents happy and a little more healthier! I loved talking with pet parents and educating them while also hearing about their furry babies! Nothing made me happier than seeing one of my clients walking in - tail wagging! I have a dog and a cat of my own! My dog is a mini Australian Shepherd whom I have trained myself! He loves to do agility training! I also groom him myself! I rescued my cat from the side of a freeway when he was a little kitten. He’s had some medical issues regarding his bladder so I’m well rounded with cat care and administering medicine! My cat is now my little Velcro kitty who always wants to be involved in what I’m doing! I’ve worked with all kinds of dogs- big and small! While I normally don’t have a preference between the two, I am currently pregnant with my first so I’m only really able to physically handle small/medium dogs for the time being. As a pet mom myself, pet care is a daily routine for me! I am a stay at home wife (soon to be mom) and spend most of my days spoiling my dog and cat! I’m new to the area so I don’t really have much that gets me out of the house and I absolutely love being around animals so I figured why not try to fill my time by helping other pet parents out who may not have as much time on their hands as I do! I’m very flexible with scheduling and last minute bookings so never hesitate to reach out! During my time working in the PetSmart grooming salon, I became very used to nervous and anxious dogs as grooming time can be very stressful for pets! I’d say I’m pretty good at recognizing anxious behavior and doing my best at making pups more comfortable! I also understand how nerve wracking it can be to trust someone with your pet - especially someone new! I have had an experience in the past that left me traumatized when it comes to leaving my pets in someone else’s care. So I too understand that overwhelming need to check in on your baby and make sure everything is going well! I promise you, as someone who has been on the other end, I am always welcoming to multiple check in texts, long lists, picture requests, and the need for as many details as possible! I’m someone who likes to feel sure in what they’re doing so if I have any questions or concerns- they will be brought up immediately. I never like to assume because there’s always a chance I could be wrong, so I like to get all the details!

About: Hi, I'm Amyra! 😊 Animals are my pride and joy. I have done numerous amounts of professional and volunteer work with animals including horses. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, and of many different backgrounds. With that being said, I have some experience with aggressive and reactive dogs as well. Winning an anxious dog over is my specialty. I'm very good with puppies and kittens, and to be honest, I tend to baby any animal regardless of how old they are. I have worked with sick dogs who frequently needed to be groomed and cleaned up due to medical issues. I've worked with many blind and deaf dogs as well. I have worked with cats very closely at multiple animal shelters. I also have experience with special needs cats with cerebellar hypoplasia which is much like the cat equivalent of cerebral palsy. So if your pet has any special needs, there will never be an issue. I'm very flexible, I have a great love for animals, and I can provide you with the best quality of care for your pets who I like to refer to as "fur babies" seeing as they're practically family members. Also, my boyfriend who has a Rover account as well often splits bookings with me when we get busy, so if it ever says I'm booked you may still reach out for him! We are both certified and trained in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross. Additionally, he has landscaping experience and I have housekeeping & organizing experience so if you need your house cleaned, plants watered, or lawn mowed for longer stays we provide that as well. We have also taken care of our client's pools for longer stays, so you can rest assured that your home will be in perfect condition from every aspect when you return from your trip. I work remotely as a paralegal so I have plenty of time on my hands to spend with your pups! I'll treat your pets like they're my own and provide them with the most love. About: Hello! My name is Brianna. I love all dogs and cats. I have become the de facto pet-sitter among all my friends and family over the last 4 years. I thought I would continue my love of pets on Rover! I've taken care of animals of all sizes; from under 10 lbs. small dogs and cats all the way to 60 lbs. German Shepard mixes! About: I’ve cared for big and small dogs, puppies and aging dogs. I am comfortable loving and caring for all dogs as if they were my own. I love providing the peace of mind that your best friend has someone to love and care for them when you can’t. I currently work remote Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and have flexibility in my schedule to some extent. However, I prefer to not work full days outside of my home office on a laptop and will likely spend most of my workday at home during house sitting bookings, dropping in as needed during the workday, unless other arrangements are needed, specified, and can be arranged. My weekends are more flexible but I do tend to have plans throughout the day. Whatever your pet’s specific needs are during house sitting bookings can be discussed to ensure your pets are receiving as much attention as you would like during my stay. I own two strictly indoor cats myself and understand the extreme importance of keeping pets safe in their homes and proper environments. Pets have always been safe and protected in my care as they rely on humans for their safety. I understand pets don’t know better and they need us to be smart!

I work from home 100% of the time, currently do not own any pets and would provide the attention and care that your pet deserves. About: I’ve had animals for my entire life, including dogs, cats, hamsters, rabbits, birds, and fish. For the past seven years, I have volunteered at a shelter walking dogs, caring for cats, leading volunteers, and some medical work. I have also previously held management positions at said shelter before leaving to prioritize school. I am well-versed in medication administration (oral, topical, and injection), participate in a pet vaccine and microchip administration clinic weekly, and am experienced in administering oral and subcutaneous fluids in triage cases. I have also been trained in tube feeding and have been doing so for about two years. I foster medically needy neonatal kittens, small rodents, and canine behavioral cases where I focus on socialization, as well as disabled animals. I currently have four dogs and four cats of my own, one of my dogs being a double amputee in a wheelchair and another requiring daily medication for chronic allergies. I shadowed a service dog trainer, Melissa Yank, for about six months and am fascinated by dog behavior, which is why I take on behavioral cases. I also attend canine behavior and enrichment classes and conferences often. I do not fear animals and while I am cautious, I am not one to quit over a bite or scratch. I have watched the pets of neighbors, sometimes for months at a time, and fellow shelter volunteers from times ranging from a couple of hours to two weeks, and they have left me with positive reviews. I have a deep love for animals, and above all else an appreciation for their specific needs and how they communicate with us in their own language. I would love to take on your pet, canine or feline, and love them like my own! I am a full time student. However, during the summer I am free 6 days a week, barring Saturday for the previously mentioned vaccination and microchip clinic. During the school year, I am available most weekends and mornings or evenings. I would be willing to implement your furry family member into my schedule however is necessary. I will not be caring for pets in my own home, but do have a fenced yard for my personal dogs and a catio which my cats enjoy in the afternoons. My dogs are friendly and well-socialized, though they know to communicate their boundaries. I will handle your pets with love and a gentle hand, putting their safety and comfort above all else. When it comes to walking, I allow plenty of time for sniffing and play as the dog desires, and will alter my route if we come across an obstacle that makes your dog nervous. I will always keep my distance from other animals on walks, and provide constant supervision while watching your pet in your home. I am a detail-oriented person, and maintain extensive notes on care to prevent any errors.

About: Hi! I’m Salome, I’m 28 years old. I have experience with elderly big dogs, small puppies, and cats and kittens. I’m caring and loving while at the same time responsible and proactive with their care and special needs. Every pet is different in diets, skin care, and general maintenance and I know how to adapt to each of those needs. I’m excited to meet your pet!💗 I have plenty of time to take care of your pups or cats. I take them potty depending on their needs. If they’re senior dogs more than 3 times a day. I’ll adapt to their diets, skin care and make sure they’re safe and having a good time while under my care!😁 I have a small patio if they prefer sun bathing outside during the day, or a lot of windows throughout the home to do so indoors as well. I have lots of parks near by if they have a playful and busy lifestyle. I have toys, treats and furniture for them to use. Treats will be provided depending on their diets.
