I have a bird-feeding area outside where cats can enjoy “cat TV” from a secure indoor window view. Cats remain fully indoors and safe at all times — this is visual enrichment only, with no outdoor access or contact with wildlife. 🏡 Cat Boarding in My Home For boarding, I aim to create a calm, safe, home-based environment where your cat can settle in without feeling overwhelmed. I keep care intentionally limited so each pet gets focused attention and is not treated like just another booking. Because I have a cat of my own, I do not force cat-to-cat interactions. Your cat’s safety and comfort come first. I can provide a separated space with their own food, water, litter box, cozy resting area, toys, and enrichment. If your cat needs time to decompress, hide, observe, or slowly adjust, I completely respect that. I understand that some cats are social and curious, while others need quiet, patience, and personal space. I’ll follow your cat’s usual routine as closely as possible to help reduce stress while you’re away. 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety I take cleanliness seriously, especially when caring for cats. Litter boxes, food areas, water bowls, surfaces, and shared items are cleaned regularly. I also pay close attention to changes in appetite, litter box habits, energy level, behavior, and overall well-being. My EMT background has made me detail-oriented, calm, and observant, which helps me notice when something seems off and communicate clearly with owners. Before boarding or visits, I like to know about your cat’s: • Feeding schedule • Litter box habits • Medical needs or medications • Favorite toys and enrichment • Hiding spots or comfort items • Personality and handling preferences • Stress triggers • Behavior around other cats The more I know about your cat’s routine, the better I can care for them. 🌿 Outdoor / Catio Policy For safety, I do not provide outdoor roaming, balcony access, or unsupervised outdoor time. Boarding cats will remain indoors in a secure environment. For drop-in visits, I’m happy to follow your cat’s normal routine if they have a fully enclosed, secure catio at home. Catio time must be discussed ahead of time and will only be provided if it is safe, enclosed, and owner-approved. 💬 Communication You can expect clear communication, thoughtful questions, and regular photo updates. I know how hard it can be to leave your pet with someone else, so I want you to feel reassured that your cat is safe, comfortable, enriched, and genuinely cared for. They're more than welcome on my couch and can sleep in my bed if that's what they prefer. I love spending quality time with dogs, whether that means going on walks, playing, giving belly rubs and scratches, or cuddling up if they enjoy snuggles. At the same time, I understand that every dog is different, so if your pup prefers their own space, I'll always respect their boundaries and let them relax at their own pace. My goal is to make your dog feel comfortable, loved, and at home while giving you peace of mind that they're receiving the same care and affection I'd give my own pet.

About: I’ve either owned or lived with a pet almost my entire life! I’ve also been a pet sitter for friends and family for around a decade. I’ve had multiple family dogs and I’ve dog sat extensively too. A variety of sizes, breeds, and ages. I’ve cared for senior dogs with special needs and administering pills before too. I work full time but am only in office Tuesdays and Thursdays in Huntington Beach. I am only available to check in on pets before 8:30am and after 5pm for those days. Otherwise, I work from home and have much more flexibility for check-ins on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I don’t work on the weekends so I am open then as well. I am very responsible when it comes to caring for pets in their own home and for walks! I make sure to complete each necessary step for their care and ask questions to pet parents if necessary. I pay attention to doors not being left open (we wouldn’t want any escapees!) and I am sure to lock the door when leaving.

About: I’ve been raised around animals of all kinds since I can remember, my mother regularly raised foster kittens and we had foster dogs constantly in and out of the house. I currently still foster dogs and kittens on my own and am the go to sitter for all my friends and family. Spent years volunteering at shelters and rescues and also worked at a pet store for over a year. Also lover of small critters being a mom of fish, frogs, a hamster, and a spider. I currently work from home selling artwork and crafts so I’m very flexible with my schedule. I can stay all day or even over night and make sure to keep your pet company. I’m an avid hiker so I’d be more than happy to take your dog for a long hike (with permission obviously) or shorter walks around the neighborhood. I would only need to leave for short errands and to feed my own pets if my partner is unable to do so, but majority of time is dedicated to your Pets in your home. I’ve worked with animals of all ages and personalities and can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. If they are shy and need time to warm up, I will do all I can to gain their trust. If they need specialty food or medication, I have my own cats on a strict medication schedule so I’m more than used to it. If they are high energy and need lots of exercise I will make sure to get them up and running around as much as they need. I just want to make sure their lives are just as comfortable as when you are home with them.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 15 and have grown up with dogs my whole life. I started extended pet sitting care at age 18. I’m working part time and have time to walk your dogs during the day. Mornings, midday, and afternoon walks and check-in visits are all services I can help you and your dog with! About: I have cared for animals all my life. Growing up my family had a sweet shelter dog and many cats. We cared for very young pets to senior pets. Now, I have my own little dog whom I rescued from the shelter. I appreciate that all animals have their own unique personalities and quirks. I work remotely and can give your pet child all the attention they need. I am happy to prep their food and accommodate them while you are away. I have a pet stroller and pet carriers to use as needed. For boarding your dog child, I take my dog on walks throughout the day and once before bedtime, and I will take your dog as well. They are allowed on the sofa and I have multiple dog beds throughout the home. I currently work remotely so I will can give your dog child all the attention it needs while they adjust. I will treat your dog child like I do my own. Typically, I walk my dog throughout the day and once before bedtime to make sure they don’t feel any discomfort. I tailor my care for your pup, so if your pup loves to sleep I will happily give them the time and space to. If your dog loves walking then I make sure to take them on walks. I have pet carriers, a pet stroller, and dog car seats in my car to use as needed. I will send you photos throughout the day or as often as you request. I take their safety very seriously. If I sense any discomfort, I immediately try to address it in the most appropriate way, whether it be cuddles or space to decompress. I will never take your dog to the dog park and I will closely monitor any interactions with dogs during walks (if you have any concerns please let me know). I always leave water out for them and make sure they are fed according to their food schedule. I will attach an Apple ID tag to them for GPS. For dog boarding, since I have a small 12 lb chihuahua poodle mix, I kindly request meeting in a nearby park first so we can check that the pups will get along before taking them to my home. About: Hi, I'm Amyra! 😊 Animals are my pride and joy. I have done numerous amounts of professional and volunteer work with animals including horses. I've worked with dogs of all sizes, and of many different backgrounds. With that being said, I have some experience with aggressive and reactive dogs as well. Winning an anxious dog over is my specialty. I'm very good with puppies and kittens, and to be honest, I tend to baby any animal regardless of how old they are. I have worked with sick dogs who frequently needed to be groomed and cleaned up due to medical issues. I've worked with many blind and deaf dogs as well. I have worked with cats very closely at multiple animal shelters. I also have experience with special needs cats with cerebellar hypoplasia which is much like the cat equivalent of cerebral palsy. So if your pet has any special needs, there will never be an issue. I'm very flexible, I have a great love for animals, and I can provide you with the best quality of care for your pets who I like to refer to as "fur babies" seeing as they're practically family members. Also, my boyfriend who has a Rover account as well often splits bookings with me when we get busy, so if it ever says I'm booked you may still reach out for him! We are both certified and trained in Pet First Aid by the American Red Cross. Additionally, he has landscaping experience and I have housekeeping & organizing experience so if you need your house cleaned, plants watered, or lawn mowed for longer stays we provide that as well. We have also taken care of our client's pools for longer stays, so you can rest assured that your home will be in perfect condition from every aspect when you return from your trip. I work remotely as a paralegal so I have plenty of time on my hands to spend with your pups! I'll treat your pets like they're my own and provide them with the most love. About: A few fun facts about me: 🚽 I clean the litter box as often as I flush my own toilet 🥗 My pets eat organic, while I’m perfectly fine with fast food 💇 They get daily grooming, while I have a bad hair everyday 🫧 I keep their bowls spotless and shining 🦮 I make sure dogs get real walks, not just quick potty breaks (And this part might be a little bit long) I truly treat pets as family, but I also believe in raising them in a healthy, balanced way. I don’t just love them, I care about their physical and emotional well-being. I’ve raised my Shiba Inu (Chai) since she was 3 months old, and she’s now 10. Shibas are known for being stubborn, but she is well-trained, emotionally stable and sweet, and always praised by our vet for her health and temperament. I’ve always made sure she has the best care, structure, and attention she needs to thrive. I also have two long-haired cats, one Ragdoll (Mabu) and one British Longhair (Mango), so I’m very familiar with the level of grooming, patience, and daily care they require. Their coats are always well-maintained and tangle-free. Mango went through serious health challenges two years ago when he was 5-month old, and I personally managed his treatment at home for 84 days, followed by months of close care. He is now strong, active, and very healthy. I’ve also handled emergency situations and know how to act quickly when something isn’t right. Through all of this, I’ve become very comfortable with medications, health monitoring, and understanding different pet personalities. I’m patient, observant, and detail-oriented, but also calm and reliable in stressful situations. I’m flexible, communicative, and I genuinely care. Your pet won’t just be looked after, they’ll be understood, respected, and cared for like one of my own. I work part-time and have a pretty flexible schedule, so I’m able to spend a good amount of time caring for fur babies throughout the day! I keep a calm, safe home and have experience helping cats and dogs live together comfortably. I take time to understand their personalities and make sure everyone feels at ease.

About: I have taken my daughter’s and friends dogs out for walks, I enjoy interacting with dogs have watched my daughter’s dog for overnight for few nights.
