She’s knowledgeable and sends great, detailed updates and uses the Rover card each time. We’ll definitely be booking her services again!

Carol has been great with my golden retriever puppy, Lemon. She is very flexible and always sends me pictures and updates after her walks. I can’t thank her enough as know how much of a handful she can be during this rebellious stage of life. Thank you, Carol!!!

About: I’ve been raised around animals of all kinds since I can remember, my mother regularly raised foster kittens and we had foster dogs constantly in and out of the house. I currently still foster dogs and kittens on my own and am the go to sitter for all my friends and family. Spent years volunteering at shelters and rescues and also worked at a pet store for over a year. Also lover of small critters being a mom of fish, frogs, a hamster, and a spider. I currently work from home selling artwork and crafts so I’m very flexible with my schedule. I can stay all day or even over night and make sure to keep your pet company. I’m an avid hiker so I’d be more than happy to take your dog for a long hike (with permission obviously) or shorter walks around the neighborhood. I would only need to leave for short errands and to feed my own pets if my partner is unable to do so, but majority of time is dedicated to your Pets in your home. I’ve worked with animals of all ages and personalities and can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. If they are shy and need time to warm up, I will do all I can to gain their trust. If they need specialty food or medication, I have my own cats on a strict medication schedule so I’m more than used to it. If they are high energy and need lots of exercise I will make sure to get them up and running around as much as they need. I just want to make sure their lives are just as comfortable as when you are home with them.

About: I’ve had dogs in my family and in my life ever since I was born, I’ve taken care of all sizes and breeds of dogs and haven’t come across a dog I didn’t LOVE! I’ve taken care of all of my dogs ever since I was able to do chores, walking, bathing, training, and caring after them. I’ve also cared for my family’s, friends, and neighbors dogs overnight for vacations and trips since I was 18! I just left my job and am preparing to move to australia at the end of july! my schedule is free for you and your pets and i’d love the chance to care for them until i leave! I follow any and all recommendations you have for your babies (because you know them best), and I like for your pets to get to know me and me them before taking them out or playing with them so they feel comfortable with me. I am also very active so I like to take them out as much as they’re willing to!

About: I’ve had dogs for over 16 years and truly understand how to care for animals with patience and love. I also have experience rescuing and helping stray dogs and cats, so I’m very attentive to different personalities, emotions, and special needs. My doggies back in China are all rescued and adopted by me and my family. I’m comfortable caring for both dogs and cats, including senior pets who need extra patience and gentle attention. I treat every pet like family and always try to make them feel safe, calm, and loved while you’re away. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I’m available full-time and can provide care every day, including weekdays and weekends. I have a flexible schedule, so pets receive plenty of attention, supervision, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Caring for dogs is something I truly enjoy, and I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they’re with me. I provide a safe, calm, and loving environment for pets both in my home and in my client’s home. I carefully follow each pet’s usual routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any special care instructions. I pay close attention to their behavior and comfort to help them feel relaxed and secure while their owners are away. In my home, pets receive plenty of supervision, affection, clean spaces, fresh water, and regular exercise. In my client’s home, I respect the pet’s familiar environment and maintain their normal routine as closely as possible to reduce stress. I also send regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pets are happy and well cared for.

About: I previously had a pet rabbit, however due to my dad’s allergies we were unable to have any dogs. However, whenever friends needed someone to walk/dog sit/ board their dog, we would take the dogs at my mums house. So I have experience with dogs who aren’t my own and feel comfortable with all dogs. About 4 years ago I was finally able to rescue my own dog and what a joy that is. She is a little spicy with other dogs, e bikes and motorbikes, so I am quite comfortable and confident with dogs that are perhaps reactive/aggressive and respect all dogs and their individual needs and quirks. You tell me what your dog wants and needs and I’ll be sure to take care of them like they are my own. I work full time, Monday to Friday, but Friday I work from home so have a flexible schedule to come visit and weekends I am always around. When it comes to your pet in your home, you let me know what is where and what they need and they will be well looked after. I will stay in communication with you to ensure you don’t need to worry about your pet at home and they will enjoy their walks and cuddles

About: Hi there! My name is Charlene and I’ve had experience taking care of dogs since I was 4 from taking care of my family dog Heidi. More specifically I started taking on more responsibilities in pet care when I turned 8. Taking my dog on daily walks, feeding everyday, and picking up their waste in the backyard after I came home from school. Now that I’ve grown up, I have a cat named Georgie which I have learned to care for the last year I’ve had him. Whether it’s a dog or a cat, I am happy to treat them like you would when you can’t. I am currently working remotely. I live in a very walkable neighborhood, and with a park nearby for walks, giving me quick and easy access to always be available to let your furry friend out. I have experience with all dog sizes, but I prefer to work with medium to small dogs. If boarding in my own home, I have a cat who is fine with dogs. He tends to keep to himself when around dogs and won’t attack. I’m currently working from home so I have a lot of free time in between applications to play with your furbaby all the time. If there are any special requests please let me know! My number one priority is keeping your pet safe like I would care for my own pets. I will always keep my clients updated with details to ease your mind and to make sure you know that your loved pet is in great hands.

About: I had a few pets growing up, but none compare to Theo! In 2021, I rescued my now 7 year old chihuahua. He is an anxious and reactive little guy — but he’s taught me so much! Over the past couple of years, I’ve gotten him to a much better place. He’s a happy, often pretty lazy, little chihuahua! And, because of him, I know how to love and support your pet in the best way possible. I’m currently attending Chapman University, but my schedule isn’t too busy. I most likely cannot do same day appointments, but 2-3 days notice would be much appreciated! However you take care of your dog, I will too. I want to make the space as comfortable and safe as possible and become a trusted pal of your lil (or big!) best friend.

About: Growing up, I've cared for 3 family dogs, 7 cats, 5 tortoises, and 2 cockatiels. I've been a sitter for many cats and dogs since age 14. I have 3 cats now and they're my world! I would love to meet your sweet fur babies to take them out to enjoy the sun, get some exercise and get lots of pets and love! I've taken care of dogs as small as Chihuahuas and as large as a St. Bernard. My dream in life is to open my own animal sanctuary one day. I've been sitting on rover for over a year now, and I love it! So far it's been a great experience, getting to meet lots of new furbabies! I love to take lots of photos of your babies, and am very communicative during my visits. I will follow any and all directions for each visit as I understand each family has different needs. I work 40 hours per week but 'm pretty flexible. You can send me a message about my availability on which days you need me and I will respond asap. I usually respond immediately. Your pet's safety is a top priority. I will ensure your fur babies are safe and comfortable, and make sure to communicate with you during each visit. I have a full time job, but I am able to work around my schedule to care for your babies. If you are a bit flexible, I usually can accept any booking. I have 3 cats that are all indoors. One of my boys likes to go on walks everyday with a leash, he's basically a dog!

About: I grew up around dogs, I currently have one of my own. I consistently walk neighbors, dogs, and overnight them if needed. I know how to deal with senior dogs, adults and puppies. I know how to administer medication and I know how to train the little ones. I volunteered an animal shelter, so I work with all different types of personalities and no task is too big! I am currently on summer break and available all day! I do have work here and there but shifts are no more then 4-6 hours long. I will not be putting pets in my own home, but preferably if I am staying in your home, I would like detailed instructions on how you take care of your fur baby just to make the whole entire experience smoother for them and for me.

About: Hello! And welcome to my page! I go by CeCe! I am grown and raised in beautiful sunny Santa Barbara! I now reside in the lovely sunny Orange County! I’ve been around animals all my life. From my mom having the best border collie when I was a baby, to us having two cats, a bunny, and at least one parakeet in an apartment that i grew up in during most of my childhood to teen years. It was even my dream to get a job working at my local zoo as an actor, which eventually came true. All so I could be surrounded by animals, and say I worked with Dinosaurs too (I even acted with them)! When I moved out of my childhood home I unfortunately could only find affordable places to live that didn’t allow animals. That’s how I got into dog sitting! I loved being around animals and helping others take care of their fluffy family members. I now live with my significant other whose family cat is king of the house. I still enjoy walking dogs and house sitting. I do, unfortunately, work a 9 to 5 office job Monday to Friday (actually 8 to 4) to pay the bills. Because of this my rates reflect that. I wish I could pet sit all the time but for now this is my second job. I will treat your house as my own with a cleanly manner. I have my own form of transportation in the form of a vehicle with four wheels so any adventurous pups I am able to accommodate! I work an 8hr office job Monday to Friday. Sometimes a Saturday or Sunday if I happened to miss a day during the week due to life. It is adjustable and willing to accommodate with enough prior notice. Any lunch drop ins will need to be discussed. Because of previous experiences drop ins will need to be agreed upon by both parties and throughly planned. I am uncomfortable with cameras inside the home that are not made aware of during meet and greet. I am okay with cameras outside the home and understand the safety concerns of having them. I do not abide by using them to track movements of caregivers. I have an office job Monday to Friday, sometimes I have to make up hours on a weekend day because of other adult responsibilities during the week coinciding with other adult responsibilities such as work. I typically work 8hrs with a lunch break that can be up to an hour. I also have a partner and a home to help run. I have errands to take care of after work and on days off, like weekends. That being said I will do everything in my power to put your pet first, but I will not ignore my health.

About: I have a natural love for animals and a strong understanding of their needs, making me an excellent fit for pet care. I am experienced in feeding, grooming, and providing exercise tailored to different breeds and species. I’m attentive to health cues, ensuring pets stay happy and healthy, and I can administer basic medications if needed. I’m also responsible and dependable, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for pets under my care. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or following a strict care routine, I treat every pet with the same love and attention I’d give my own. Pet care fits seamlessly into my daily routine because I prioritize organization and time management. I make sure to allocate specific times for feeding, walks, play, and any necessary grooming or training sessions, ensuring pets feel secure and cared for. I enjoy staying active, so taking pets for walks or engaging in playtime fits naturally into my lifestyle. Additionally, I am attentive to their needs throughout the day, checking in regularly to ensure their well-being and happiness. Balancing pet care with my other responsibilities feels effortless because caring for animals is something I genuinely love and enjoy doing. Caring for pets in my home involves creating a safe, loving, and organized environment where they can thrive. I make sure the space is pet-proofed, removing any hazards like toxic plants, loose wires, or small objects they could swallow. I establish a consistent routine for feeding, bathroom breaks, playtime, and exercise, which helps pets feel secure and stress-free. Their designated area is always clean and cozy, complete with a comfortable bed, toys, and fresh water. I stay attentive to their needs, monitoring their behavior and health, and providing grooming and care as required. Most importantly, I treat them with love, patience, and respect, ensuring they feel like part of the family.

About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 5 years old, and they’ve always been a very important part of my life. Spending time with dogs, playing with them, preparing their food and water, and paying attention to their daily routines comes naturally to me because I truly love and understand them. I know that every dog has their own personality and needs, so I always try to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while their owners are away. Whether your dog is playful, shy, energetic, or older and needs extra patience, I will treat them with kindness, attention, and love just like they are my own. I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet, and I will do my best to give both you and your dog a stress-free and reassuring experience. Pets are like family to me — they are like my babies. I always try to follow their normal routine and take the best care of them so they can feel comfortable, safe, and happy. I pay attention to what they need and let them be themselves while giving them lots of love, patience, and care. Whether in my home or my client’s home, I always care for pets according to the owner’s instructions and routines. I make sure they are fed on time, have fresh water, get regular walks and exercise, and receive plenty of attention and care. I take my responsibilities seriously and always do my best to keep pets safe, comfortable, and happy while they are in my care.

About: I've taken care of my friends' dogs for years and adopted my own puppy 3 years ago! I've learned a lot about dog training the past few years, including loose leash walking, clicker training, working on reactivity, recall training, and getting through the puppy and teenage phase! I am familiar with positive reinforcement training and balanced training and can help keep up any training you have been working on with your dog while I take care of them! I'm familiar with various collars - regular, prong, slip, gentle leaders, and harnesses. I'm currently taking a work hiatus from being a pharmacist! So I have flexible scheduling during the day & evenings to help take care of your pup! I'm typically at the ceramics studio on Fridays, but if you let me know 2 weeks in advance of the Friday you need me, I can make arrangements. I am here to help your pets feel as safe and happy as they can while you're away. Just let me know their normal routine (no matter how detailed) and I'm happy to keep it the same for them! I can help administer medications if needed, and can put together multi-step meals with toppers as well!

About: Hi! I truly enjoy spending time with dogs and building trust with them. I’m a calm and gentle person, which helps dogs feel relaxed and secure around me. I have experience taking care of dogs through daily walks, feeding, and playtime. I pay close attention to their behavior and needs to make sure they are happy and safe. I know leaving your pet with someone can be stressful, so I always communicate clearly and send updates to give you peace of mind. Your dog will be treated with love, patience, and care—just like family. I also have experience caring for my own dog, so I understand daily routines and responsibilities very well. I am available to care for your pets during the weekday mornings from Monday to Friday, which is perfect for pups who need mid-day attention. I also offer boarding and care on weekends. About: Caring for animals has always been a big part of my life! I have personal and professional experience with dogs, cats, birds, small animals, and reptiles. As a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in animal science, I have extensive knowledge in pet care and animal enrichment. I am currently working remotely, so I have plenty of time in the day to entertain and care for your pet/pets if I were to be house sitting. Alternatively, I have plenty of availability for drop in visits or walks as needed. For house sitting, I would carry on your pet's schedule as if you were home. Walks, food, and any other hygiene or health care routines would be carried out as usual. I am also capable of maintaining home care routines and chores as well, garbage, watering plants, etc.

Even though it was the first time Cory met her, he immediately felt comfortable with her, listened to her instructions, and clearly enjoyed being around her. Polina is a dream come true! I needed a dog walker last minute and she responded to my request immediately and was able to come over the next day for a meet and greet. Oliver, our Frenchie, goes nuts when people come to the door, especially strangers. But Polina seemed to be a dog whisperer, as Oliver barked only a couple of times, and she immediately knelt down and snuggled him. He absolutely adored her! We spent 20 minutes chatting about his specific needs and habits during his walks, and I hired her on the spot to take him for his 30 minute walk. I received a video during the walk, and upon return, she talked with me about how the walk went and mutually agreed she would be our dog walker for all future walks. I can't find the words for how comforted I was knowing Oliver adored her and trusted her. She told me that this job (she does this full time - including pet sitting) is a dream come true for her as she is an avid animal lover but can't have animals where she lives. I highly recommend Polina to care for your pets. Don't hesitate...she's the real deal!!
