About: I’ve been raised around animals of all kinds since I can remember, my mother regularly raised foster kittens and we had foster dogs constantly in and out of the house. I currently still foster dogs and kittens on my own and am the go to sitter for all my friends and family. Spent years volunteering at shelters and rescues and also worked at a pet store for over a year. Also lover of small critters being a mom of fish, frogs, a hamster, and a spider. I currently work from home selling artwork and crafts so I’m very flexible with my schedule. I can stay all day or even over night and make sure to keep your pet company. I’m an avid hiker so I’d be more than happy to take your dog for a long hike (with permission obviously) or shorter walks around the neighborhood. I would only need to leave for short errands and to feed my own pets if my partner is unable to do so, but majority of time is dedicated to your Pets in your home. I’ve worked with animals of all ages and personalities and can accommodate any special needs your pet may have. If they are shy and need time to warm up, I will do all I can to gain their trust. If they need specialty food or medication, I have my own cats on a strict medication schedule so I’m more than used to it. If they are high energy and need lots of exercise I will make sure to get them up and running around as much as they need. I just want to make sure their lives are just as comfortable as when you are home with them.

About: Hi there! My name is Charlene and I’ve had experience taking care of dogs since I was 4 from taking care of my family dog Heidi. More specifically I started taking on more responsibilities in pet care when I turned 8. Taking my dog on daily walks, feeding everyday, and picking up their waste in the backyard after I came home from school. Now that I’ve grown up, I have a cat named Georgie which I have learned to care for the last year I’ve had him. Whether it’s a dog or a cat, I am happy to treat them like you would when you can’t. I am currently working remotely. I live in a very walkable neighborhood, and with a park nearby for walks, giving me quick and easy access to always be available to let your furry friend out. I have experience with all dog sizes, but I prefer to work with medium to small dogs. If boarding in my own home, I have a cat who is fine with dogs. He tends to keep to himself when around dogs and won’t attack. I’m currently working from home so I have a lot of free time in between applications to play with your furbaby all the time. About: I've taken care of my friends' dogs for years and adopted my own puppy 3 years ago! I've learned a lot about dog training the past few years, including loose leash walking, clicker training, working on reactivity, recall training, and getting through the puppy and teenage phase! I am familiar with positive reinforcement training and balanced training and can help keep up any training you have been working on with your dog while I take care of them! I'm familiar with various collars - regular, prong, slip, gentle leaders, and harnesses. I'm currently taking a work hiatus from being a pharmacist! So I have flexible scheduling during the day & evenings to help take care of your pup! I'm typically at the ceramics studio on Fridays, but if you let me know 2 weeks in advance of the Friday you need me, I can make arrangements. I am here to help your pets feel as safe and happy as they can while you're away. Just let me know their normal routine (no matter how detailed) and I'm happy to keep it the same for them! I can help administer medications if needed, and can put together multi-step meals with toppers as well!

About: I am a lover of all animals and am lucky enough to currently have two dogs and a cat! I have always been surrounded by animals- horses, dogs, cats, bunnies and currently have two young and active border collies, Bootsy and Booker that are my world and so much fun!. One thing my animals love is consistency and a regular schedule of doing things and I understand that they need that in order to feel comfortable and safe- especially while their humans are away! I am both comfortable with big dogs with lots of energy or mellow little pups who just need some cuddles. Administering medication via pill or liquid form is no problem as I have lots of experience with pet meds. Your furry friends will be in very responsible and loving hands while you are gone! I work from home and own my own candle company so I am super flexible with my schedule. I can do weekdays or weekends- even last minute is usually no problem! Long term stays are also possible. I would love to set up a Meet & Greet so I can get to know you, your animals and what you expect during my stay. Being a neat person, I will always leave your home clean and I have no problem watering plants as well. Currently, I don't offer boarding at my house, but would be happy to come to your house and stay overnight or drop in for play time while you are away- whatever your current situation calls for. I am a detail oriented person and find the little things important for pets- whether it be walking the same walk they do day in and day out, or adding just the right amount of warm chicken stock to their food. About: Hi, My name is Lita, I’m new on rover but well experienced in the dog world. I currently own a very special boy Doberman pincher. His name is Griffin and he is 6 1/2 years old. I’ve had him since the age of one. He is a rescue that survived a gunshot went to a shelter then to a foster who couldn’t handle him and back to the shelter. Then to his final destination which was ME! Nowadays, Griffin is thriving, and is known to be the best behaved and well trained dog in the neighborhood, as well as the most loved at the vet. I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time and effort, making sure that Griffin will live up to his potential And become the best possible dog. I also take care of Eros, a European champion line, German Shepherd, who weighs as much as I do if not more. After nearly 5 years of taking care of him, he and his family are like my own. I’ve been around dogs and learned proper care and handling since childhood, as my family used to breed Airedale Terriers and French bulldogs. I live a bi- coastal life (part Southern California part south Florida) which means that if you see my availability open on here, my schedule would be wide open to take care of your dog/s, and I won’t be leaving for extended periods of time to work. I’m happy to take them with me anywhere like parks, hikes, the beach, car rides etc. And will be providing them with all the enrichment and exercise they want and or need :) looking forward to working with you!
