The day before their pet-sitting session, they gave us a tour of their apartment where our puppies would be staying. They were very understanding of the fact that Emi and Nova, at 11 months old, were still playful puppies who required regular potty breaks every two hours. On the day of doggy daycare, they kept us updated with photos every time they took them out for a walk or when they went to the bathroom. After trying a few other pet sitters, I can confidently say that Echo and Rita provided the best care. They treat Emi and Nova as if they were their own. As a matter of fact, a couple of weeks later, when we went on a 10-day trip, there was no one else we felt we trusted more to take care of them. 11/10 stars! ⭐️”
