My booking that day was a pretty long one and he had no problem stepping up to help out. He also took my dogs out for a run, even though I did not ask that from him because it was above and beyond. He happily met my request for extra precaution to block off/shore up the perimeter on the side of house because I was a little concerned about the gate/fence latch that had 1 fastener loose. Very impressed with Hong! We had a last-minute change of plans and needed a sitter for our girl Spoon, and Hong was absolutely amazing. She cared for Spoon like she was her own, which gave us so much peace of mind. Sofia is a wonderful dog-sitter... she took amazing care of our pup! 'Cesca was made to feel at home right away, and Sofia's dog Bo quickly became her new friend. We knew she'd be well taken care of from the time we first corresponded with Sofia to set up the play date. She was super timely and communicative, and when we met it was obvious she would be very responsible and take precautions so our active puppy wouldn't get into trouble :) We received pictures and updates during her stay that clearly showed 'Cesca was having a great time. No doubt there will be future play dates with Bo!
Rommel was very quick to communicate and was great with our puppy. It was our first time having anyone watch our puppy so we were nervous. Rommel and his family were very caring and sent us videos and photos. Teddy was very playful and Halle to be with them. It helped ease our minds. Thank you for taking care of our baby!
Alexandra is a lovely lady and a wonderful dog sitter! Her communication and responsiveness is exactly what you want as a pet parent. Our pup took to her instantly and had no hesitation as they walked away from us to begin their ‘play date’. Alexandra’s pup Loki was very welcoming as well, and the two of them played like besties right away. I greatly appreciated all of Alexandra’s texts, videos and pics which completely reassured me that Cesca was in great care and having a terrific time. Both pups had such happy faces… that says it all!!
Baining was a fantastic doggy day care sitter. My wife and I needed a sitter for the day while we hosted an event at our home. Baining was very attentive and remained in consistent contact with me throughout the day. She took our two pugs on walks. She asked questions if something was not clear. She also took lots of pictures and videos of our dogs. I highly recommend her if you are looking for top notch and quality care.
Yu-ling was responsive, kind, and provided frequent updates. I was so in a pickle because my dog has very bad separation anxiety (cannot be left alone) and also got a respiratory infection from a previous sitter (cannot be around other dogs). Yu-ling came to the rescue! She took great care of Max and he didn’t whine when he normally is sad to be away from Mom. I was so relieved he had a good time with her! Would definitely book with her again!
We were very pleased with the care given by Michelle to our dog, Minka. She is older and needs a little extra TLC. Michelle sent lot of pictures and a video so that we knew what Minka was doing. All in all, we would use Michelle's services again and would highly recommend her.
