Rommel and his family took such good care of my senior dog Marcello. Marcello is almost blind and doesn't hear well and needs lots of walks.He's a sensitive and sweet boy and they recognized that.He is very loved and cared for with Rommel and his family. They even bathed him when he needed it. I am very grateful.

Rommel looked after our dog for the second time, and once again Oscar had a fantastic time. He came back home happy and well cared for. Rommel kept us updated every day with videos, which gave us great peace of mind. He also provided pick-up and drop-off service, making everything so convenient. Overall, the service was excellent, very flexible with timings, and highly professional. Thank you to Rommel and his family for taking such great care of Oscar while we were away. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

BE AWARE OF SITTER!!!!!! I would not recommend sending your dog to board here. My dog was in the care of Rommel for 9 days and during that time I was lied to about the health and condition of my dog even after asking. I sent my dog there in perfect health and condition. Upon my arrival, I was able to see the true condition of my dog, and not because I was informed beforehand, but because Rommel brought him outside as if everything was fine. My dog had to be rushed to the veterinary hospital as he was lethargic, had a severe infection of his neck and chest, could barely walk, and cuts on his nose. Not only did Rommel not issue a true apology, he showed no real remorse or ownership for the situation. My dog is still dealing with the effects of boarding with Rommel. If you care about your pet, please reconsider picking him to care for your pet.

Gibby was well taken care of by Rommel. I received daily updates and videos of their walks together. He was very responsive and kind throughout the whole process. Thank you Rommel!

This was our very first time leaving Bear with anyone for any amount of time; whether minutes, hours, much less days. And we needed to leave him for 3 nights! We knew this was going to be a BIG DEAL for him AND US. We were so stressed and anxious because we knew Bear will be wondering what is happening, why is his owners leaving him with someone else, etc. We searched and searched on Rover. We went to several meet & greets (M&G). Bear already knew something was up coz he was howling his head off every time we were in the car heading to another M&G. We got referred by another Rover sitter to Rommel since she also had left her dogs with him. Our M&G with Rommel was great. He was very confident & comfortable handing Bear for the very first time and they proceeded to go for a walk. We decided to go with Rommel. I had to give Rommel detailed instructions since Bear is an EPI dog and needs to take his meds. In addition to his other quirks. During Bear's stay with him, Rommel sent videos every day and a note on how Bear is doing. We were so relieved and happy that Bear was doing well. Rommel was also very responsive and prompt when we asked him questions. Thanks so much for welcoming Bear into your family, Rommel! And thanks for helping this first-timer boarder (dog & owner) manage the dog boarding process! We give you all the stars we can muster! We would recommend you highly to anyone! Thanks again!
