About: I have grown up my whole life with dogs, and I am very comfortable around all types. I have volunteered at the Dane County Humane Society as an Adoption Counselor while in college, so I have undergone behavior training for many aspects of dog care. I am familiar with walking dogs on leases, with harnesses, using commands, as well as resource guarding, jumpy/mouthy/mounting behavior, shy/fearfulness, and escape artists. I only use positive reinforcement for training. I have an educational background in genetics and public health, and I am involved in my local religious community as well. I’ve lived in OC for about 3 years now, having moved from the Midwest. In my spare time I’m learning to crochet, and I love playing with my dog Pax, a chihuahua/pomeranian mix whom I’ve recently adopted. I work from home, so am around most of the day, and have a small fenced in patio for potty breaks between walks. I’m a fan of the local dog parks, and will bring your dog there with your permission. I work from home, so my dog gets a minimum of 3 walks around the neighborhood and we often go to a local dog park too after work. I’m rarely away from home for more than 4 hours at a time. My fenced in patio is open for potty breaks, but I usually do a minimum of 3 walks per day around my neighborhood. I’m also happy to bring them to dog parks for socialization. Since I have a dog myself, there will also be plenty of socialization at home.

Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

Deborah was wonderful as usual! This was the second time my dogs stayed over a week with Deborah. She and her husband are so sweet with the dogs and really incorporated the dogs into their family. Lucy went out on coffee and office runs. 😄 Kenzi was fussy about her food and pills at the beginning, but Deborah kept experimenting until she found something that worked. She's always super patient and loving with the dogs! Deborah was also super accommodating and kind when I mixed up the drop off time and created an overlap with another dog. My mistake - sorry again, Deborah! Thank you, Deborah, for welcoming the dogs back to your home and taking such good care of them again!
We have had such a great experience with Tamie! Our Daisy has so much fun with her and she is so well taken care of. Tamie sends lots of pictures and updates and takes the extra steps we’ve needed her to for Daisy’s care 🤍 We will definitely continue booking with Tamie and are so glad we found her!
Hyo yi was so great. I book boarding after my puppy had surgery and she was so kind and caring sending updates everyday. Then I booked a week with her and was at peace knowing my puppy was in good hands while I had to travel for work. She has a cat and it was good training to get my puppy comfortable around cats too.
Laura was amazing and we are so happy she was able to watch our puppies! This was our first time boarding so we weren’t sure how it worked or what to expect. She was very kind and made our dogs feel welcomed, and sent us many pictures and videos with updates on how they were doing. Our puppies were very well taken care of and it is obvious from the pictures and videos that they had a great time! From a dog adventure day to special doggy bandanas Laura went above and beyond while taking care of our boys! We will definitely be utilizing her services in the future! Connie was a fantastic sitter. This was my first time boarding my pup and that along with her recovering from surgery…I was very nervous with leaving her for an extended amount of time. Connie did everything to give me reassurance. She provided ample updates and photos, and also had the experience to take care of my dog and some of her specific needs. Maggie had a wonderful time

Lily was wonderful with our dog, Betty! She walked her a lot, which is her favorite thing to do, and took her to the dog park. She sent pictures and updates which we appreciated so much! We felt very confidant she was in good care and we didn’t worry at all. We were visiting Irvine and needed a dog sitter for a week. I would definitely use Lily again if we are back!She also gave her medicine twice a day.
