“SaeWon was incredible and the whole experience was smooth and easy. She was able to accommodate on short notice after our initial sitter plans fell through, and I was super grateful for that. Initially I was worried about Soleil staying with other dogs, but to our surprise, she got along great with the other dogs and it seems like she had a great time. She also sent us pictures and videos of them on walks and it was the cutest thing. I will definitely let her watch my dog in the future and would highly recommend it to others, it was fantastic.”

“I cannot recommend Bennie and Jennie enough. We sent our two cats to stay with them and I have never been more satisfied with a cat sitter. Their space is very cat friendly, which my cats clearly loved for the many updates we received during their stay. One of our cats needed ear drops twice daily and they were amazing with this-giving them to her with seemingly minimal resistance based on the video and photo updates they sent for each medicine application time. It was clear the cats were comfortable and well taken care of during their stay. We will not hesitate to book again for the next time we need a cat sitter.”

Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”
