“Tina is unbelievably fast with responding to text messages, and she gave me so many wonderful updates about Celine's stay. I was initially worried because this was my first time hiring her as a sitter, and I can confidently say that all of these 5 star reviews are totally true! Celine had the best time, and she fell in love with Tina's family. She also became obsessed with one of their toys and they kindly gave it to Celine as a parting gift. I am definitely going to leave Celine with them anytime I go out of town now!”

“Kari and her family did an excellent job of taking care of our older dog. This was our first time not using a kennel. We were so used to her being so happy to see us and barking and whining when we would pick her up from the kennel and it always made us feel bad. When we picked our dog up from Kari's house, our dog calmly said hello to us and went back to Kari. I will board my dog with Kari again for sure! She's also a very kind person.”

“This was my first time using Rover and it was super nerve wracking until I booked my fur baby with Julio and Julieth. Julio and Julieth sent timely pictures and updates about Arthur and had a very quick response time. They played and walked Arthur and Arthur almost seemed sad to leave them. 100% will book with them again in the future!”

She provided regular updates and was very responsive ahead of the booking and throughout their stay. I also appreciated the quick and easy drop off and pickup as things can get a bit busy and Anna quickly understood the dogs’ needs without me having to elaborate. Best part is they may have even come back a little more well behaved than before lol. Will definitely rebook with Anna when the time comes.”

“Now, what do you do if you find out you need to evacuate your home for eight hours with a day's notice? I don't think most people plan for situations like this, and we tend to scramble for solutions when life introduces surprises like these smack dab in the middle of a normal week. I have two kittens that needed a place to stay while my apartment was suddenly worked on, and unsurprisingly, I had no idea where to start. It's not like I had much time either— only a handful of hours to plan something out. Thankfully, I stumbled onto Rover and eventually came across Jennie and Bennie. They responded to my inquiry within minutes and quickly scheduled an appointment for me to check out their cat suite the following evening. It was the best response time I've received from any service in recent history. The cat suite itself was incredibly impressive. Jennie and Bennie know exactly how to cater to cats of all types, from the overly sociable to those who prefer to keep to themselves. It didn't take long after meeting them I knew my kittens would be under great care here. Throughout the short stay, Jennie and Bennie provided me with pictures and videos of the kittens as they explored their new temporary home. There wasn't any reason to worry about how the kittens were adjusting because they sent me constant updates during the stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jennie and Bennie are amazing people who know exactly how to care for cats. They've created a fantastic area for our feline friends, and I'd definitely book with them again.”
