I also noticed that a significant portion of some visits appeared to be spent on her phone rather than actively walking or engaging with my dog. During one 30-minute drop-in, approximately 10 minutes appeared to be spent on the phone. While the booking was completed and my dog was cared for, these concerns would make me a little hesitant to book again.”

I have the patience it takes to understand dogs and know that it’s not always easy for them to express themselves, body language being a huge thing I look at. Owning an orange tabbycat of my own, I also have experience with understanding a cat’s needs and although they can be more skiddish, they seek and deserve just as much care and attention. I hope I have the opportunity to help you to take care of your pet in whatever way I can, and trust that they are under my safe and full supervision. I’m currently working full time but am available and eager to help you with your pets on afternoons, nights and weekends. Whatever your pet’s needs are, I’m happy to help. I live in Lake Forest and work full time in Mission Viejo, so I am willing to go anywhere in the South OC area to care for your fur babies! I have a small dog and cat of my own at home, so I can understand how much caution goes into owning and taking care of a pet. My priority is making pets feel comfortable and safe in a place where they can both have fun and relax, because we all deserve to feel that peace at home. As a pet parent, I always check that risky items are stored away so that there’s less room for error, that there’s always access to food and water (unless instructed otherwise of course!) and that fun toys are in reach!

About: My name is Caroline and I have personal pet care experience for ~15 years. I’ve had 2 standard poodles and then 2 toy poodles as family dogs throughout my childhood. I currently have my own chihuahua mix puppy, Crouton, who I’ve adopted from Pets in Need in Redwood City. He’s the cutest little guy! I truly love all animals! About: I grew up with a dog and learned how to care for and raise him from a young age. He lived a long life and passed away in my arms at 17, which taught me how deeply pets become part of the family. Later, when I became a parent myself, we brought two dogs into our home right away. One of them had a congenital condition, and for 10 years we cared for him very attentively, making sure he lived a happy and comfortable life.
