“Minghua (also goes by Alice) took amazing care of our elderly dog, Heide. We left town abruptly and she was able to do drop in visits with very little notice. Heide is 16 years old and requires daily medicine. Heide has recently refused to eat on a few occasions and wouldn’t eat while we were gone. Alice did everything she could to get Heide to eat her food - including hand feeding her. She went above and beyond with communicating that Heide wasn’t eating properly. We ended up coming home early to be with Heide. We are so thankful for the throughout communication and efforts with caring for Heide. We will definitely rehire Alice!”
