Jacqueline is very helpful and consistent. She has helped walk my parents dogs for over a month and is good with needy dogs. Greatly appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness.

Jacqueline took such wonderful care of our cat while we were away, & we couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, she was kind, patient, & genuinely caring, which helped our fur baby feel comfortable & at ease. She provided excellent communication throughout our trip, sending thoughtful updates & photos that gave us so much peace of mind. We came home to a happy, relaxed kitty, which says everything. Jacqueline is great and very experienced. She not only takes care of our two dogs well but also makes the best pictures for them lol Definitely we will hire her again when we go vacation next time!

I chose this sitter based on her high ratings, but unfortunately my experience didn’t match the expectations those reviews set. Her home is about 1,400 sq ft and already includes multiple resident animals (an older Chihuahua, a cat, and a rabbit), plus children. What was not disclosed ahead of time is that she would also be boarding another client’s dog during my dog’s stay. I only found this out at pickup, when she mentioned that my dog and the other dog did not get along. My dog is young, social, and energetic, and I would not have been comfortable placing her in a multi-dog situation without a proper introduction beforehand. According to the sitter, she managed the situation by rotating which dog was confined to a room. That’s not the kind of environment I was expecting or would have agreed to. I was also uncomfortable learning that introductions between dogs were handled without my knowledge or presence. Decisions about dog-to-dog interactions should involve the owners, especially when neither dog has been assessed together beforehand. I understand that sitters may take multiple dogs, but transparency is critical. Owners deserve to know in advance so they can make informed decisions, especially when space is limited and there are already several animals in the home. Overall, I would strongly recommend that this sitter be upfront about booking multiple dogs at once, involve owners in any introductions, and ensure compatibility before accepting overlapping stays.

Jacqueline did a wonderful job taking care of our cat while we were away. He is usually a bit timid but warmed up to her quickly. Thanks for being punctual, reliable, and taking great care of our kitty!
