Yu was absolutely amazing! We were away for 10 days (the longest we’ve ever been away from our fur babies), and she took such wonderful care of our girls. From the start, Yu was incredibly communicative and asked thoughtful questions that showed how much she genuinely cared about understanding our girls and their routines which really helped us feel confident and comfortable leaving them for that long.
