Irene was absolutely wonderful! This was our first time using Rover, and since my wife and I were traveling across the world, we were definitely a little nervous about leaving our two cats, Genesis and Kasos, at home. From our very first meet and greet to the last day, Irene was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and attentive. She sent us daily updates with pictures of the cats, which made such a difference. It honestly felt like we weren’t even away because we got to see Genesis and Kasos every day and know they were happy and well taken care of. After our initial meet and greet, Irene even offered to come back for another one because she could tell we were a little nervous. That meant so much to us! She took excellent care of our cat, Remy, who is older and quite shy and nervous around strangers. Rachel followed all feeding and medication instructions and sent us photos, as well as videos.
