Impeccable. I’m new to Irvine, I live in Central Park West. I had Irina look after my fairly high needs little 5lbs dogs for 4 days where she took them out 4 times a day and fed them. She was incredible, you should have zero reservations with Irina she’ll keep well informed and ensure you have lots of photos and routes of your pups adventures.
Jasmine did a drop-in visit for our puppy while we were out for a few hours. She made sure she got out to potty, ate, had some playtime, and was comfortable and settled back into her crate before she left. It was our second time using Bennie & Jennie, and they are amazing as always! Very prompt with updates including giving us notice just before they arrive, tons of photos and videos and our cat seems to genuinely like them both.
