If I’m hosting a visiting cat at my home, I will isolate him/her in a separate room from my cats. The food and litter box will be in that room. YiFan is an absolute gem, not only is she kind and friendly with my elderly cat, checking in on her daily, she is absolutely on top of everything and super responsible. She sents multiple pictures and videos daily during her visits. What really sets her apart is that she is super easy to communicate with and super flexible to my cats changing needs during our absence. Her daily updates allowed us to keep a tab on our cats health, and YiFan was super flexible when we needed to change the daily needs of the our elderly car.
Our cats love her. They were already a little freaked out before our trip because we’d had some work done in the house, so I was sure they would hide during her visits. But as soon as they realized it was her, they came right out and were out and about! It gives us such peace of mind knowing they feel so comfortable and safe with her while we’re away.

Chelsea is a cat whisperer with magic hands. She helped me while I was travelling and administered medication to my kitty. She has been so gentle and efficient administering the medication that my cat never knew what happened to her 🤣 always happy to see her I would strongly recommend Chelsie.

Our cat Panpan is very timid and shy, and her prior sitter never met her. But Zi is wonderful and really interacted with Panpan, and took great care of her. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
