About: I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I've taken care of many of my friends' and family's dogs, including overnight house sitting, daily walks, and trips to the dog park. I've cared for dogs of all sizes and ages—from young, energetic dogs that need extra attention to older dogs that require a little more patience and care. One of my special skills is keeping active dogs engaged and exercised. I love running, so I'm happy to give energetic dogs plenty of exercise and playtime so they can come home happy, relaxed, and ready for a nap. About: I’ve been caring for my own Schnauzer for 5 years, since he was 3 months old. When he was a puppy, he had canine coronavirus, and I personally cared for him throughout his recovery, including taking him to the vet for treatment and making sure he received his medications on schedule. I’m also very active with my dog and take him on two walks every day, usually over an hour each time. I have experience with basic dog training as well, and my dog knows commands such as sit, paw, down, and wait. I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure pets receive plenty of exercise, care, and attention. I’m currently a part-time student, so I have plenty of availability during weekday daytime hours. I’m also occasionally available on weekends and can be flexible depending on your pet’s needs and my class schedule. I always prioritize your pet’s safety and follow each owner’s instructions carefully. About: I’ve loved being around animals since I was a kid, especially cats. I grew up with my grandmother’s cat and learned early on how to be patient and attentive to their needs. I’ve also been around dogs through family members, including breeds like Huskies, so I understand different energy levels and personalities. More recently, I cared for my neighbor’s Ragdoll cat for a full summer, making sure they were well fed, engaged, and comfortable every day. I treat every pet with the same care and attention as if they were my own. *I would love to share photos and messages to keep the owners updated if required Currently I’m working part-time, so I’ll be available most of the time at both day and night times over the weekdays and weekends. Pets’ safety is always my priority. I live in a gated apartment that has two dog parks. There are also plenty of dog waste bag stations and trash cans around the apartment. I’m a very active person and go to the gym four times a week for strength training. I also love hiking and walking, so I genuinely enjoy taking dogs out for walks.

I've learned a lot about dog training the past few years, including loose leash walking, clicker training, working on reactivity, recall training, and getting through the puppy and teenage phase! I am familiar with positive reinforcement training and balanced training and can help keep up any training you have been working on with your dog while I take care of them! I'm familiar with various collars - regular, prong, slip, gentle leaders, and harnesses. I'm currently taking a work hiatus from being a pharmacist! So I have flexible scheduling during the day & evenings to help take care of your pup! I'm typically at the ceramics studio on Fridays, but if you let me know 2 weeks in advance of the Friday you need me, I can make arrangements. I can help administer medications if needed, and can put together multi-step meals with toppers as well!

About: I grew up in a house of Akitas and a Shih Tzu — four pounds of opinion and eighty pounds of stubborn under one roof. I’m also the friend people hand the leash to: the Frenchie who overheats, the Corgi with short legs and long ambitions, the Husky and the Aussie who need a walk that actually burns something.
