“He proactively asked to meet before the walk to meet my dog Lucy and I, and to see where things in the house would be kept such as the leash, dog bags, etc. He wrote personalized summaries of their walks, filled the water bowl and left the light on as asked. Excellent dog walker with a lot of dog experience pre-dating Rover.”

“Josh was great! Luna came back tired which is great because she has so much energy. I couldn’t find poop bags but he came so prepared with his own and asked questions I thought were important. Would recommend.”
“Jasmin is wonderful. She watched my dog Malbec while I was on a weeklong trip. She sent us updates and great pictures every day being so easy to coordinate with as well. Thank you so much for sharing some love to our furry baby those Xmas days.”

About: I have grown up with Dogs my whole life. Caring & Loving all breeds. From Dachshund, Chow, Labrador Retriever, Shih Tzu, & Pit Bull/coyote mix I am not working full time. I have the extra time. I only have three dogs now. I have extra energy to give. Also love. I care for my pets by giving them the best. All my dogs sleep inside my home. I also cooked their food every week. Baths too.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover, used to have one dog and currently have two cats of my own, so I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets. I’m patient, dependable, and attentive to each pet’s routine and personality. I’m happy to help with feeding, fresh water, playtime, litter box cleaning, walks, and giving your pet plenty of attention while you’re away. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands. My schedule is fairly flexible, and I’m available for drop-in visits throughout the week, including many mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I’m happy to work around your pet’s normal routine whenever possible and will communicate clearly about timing before each booking. I always follow the care instructions you provide and respect your home and your pet’s routine. I’ll make sure doors and gates are secure, food and water are refreshed, and litter boxes or pet areas are kept clean. I also pay close attention to your pet’s behavior and will send photos and updates after each visit so you know everything is going well.
“Wen has been an amazing dog walker! She took care of my two frenchies. She made sure they got plenty of exercise and water when they got back. What I loved about her is she would make sure to update me and take so many photos of my baby's. I highly recommend Wen! I will be using her in the future!”

I currently work part-time at a museum while earning my bachelor’s degree, which gives me a flexible schedule. I always follow each pet owner’s instructions and stick to their pet’s normal routine to help them feel comfortable and secure. “Bianca was so reliable! Many, frequent updates to ensure your little fur monster was doing well every time she checked on him. Thank you SO much, Bianca. You’ve earned our trust 😉”

“Amira was great! My dog is reactive and she made sure to meet him where he was at. She made sure he got plenty of exercise and engagement throughout her visits with him! I highly recommend her to anyone.”

“Alicia was very open and understanding about my dogs issues. I felt good knowing that she she's got experience and similar thoughts on handling Lex while he's out and happens upon something that triggers him. Most importantly, Lex liked her and was happy to have her around. With a dog that has some issues, it can be daunting to leave them in someone else's care if you aren't yet familiar with them.. After spending some time with Alicia, I am happy to have her come by to take care of my dog.”

“Carolyn is great! She was always on time and friendly and took good care of Clover while also working on some things with him during their walks. I especially liked how she would play fetch with him as well as rollerblade alongside him!”

About: Hi! I’m a recent CU Boulder graduate currently in the process of applying to vet school. I’ve had dogs my entire life, and working as a veterinary assistant has given me lots of experience caring for kitties, too! I absolutely love spending time with animals of all kinds and am comfortable administering medications, caring for pets with disabilities or special needs, and recognizing signs of injury or illness. Most importantly, I’ll make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away! Whether your fur baby loves cuddling on the couch, playing in the yard, or heading out on a big hike, I’m happy to do it all! I’d love the chance to care for your pets like they’re my own.🩷 I am super flexible, and I definitely enjoy an early morning. I just moved back to California and have a lot of free time, so I can work around whatever time works for you and your pets! In my home I feed and walk my dogs/take them on hikes all the time! I love to exercise outdoors, and love it even more when I have a companion with me.
About: I grew up surrounded by dogs of all kinds — different breeds, backgrounds, and personalities. My family has adopted, rescued, and welcomed pups in need of a loving home. Now that I’m away at college, I miss having furry friends around, so any dog I’m lucky enough to care for will be loved like my own. i am currently available in the mornings and evenings!! I am around some weekends but not many all so weekdays work well for me, but I am flexible and very open to communication and working something out if needed! I have always been taught to clean the place that I leave cleaner than I found it so you can always expect that with my work. I consistently strive to do my best in any of my work so you can rely on a responsible and reliable worker. Most importantly I would treat the animal as if they were my own!
About: *Vienna Chan will be the only one providing any dog training services* My partner and I are passionate dog lovers and aspiring full-time dog trainers who grew up with them before raising our own mini Australian Shepherd pup, Pixie. My last dog, Daisy, was old with health issues when she passed so I have experience administering oral medication and caring for a senior dog. We are huge believers of humane training methods and believe that the mental health of our furry companions is just as important as their physical one. We are also very active and love to take Pixie out on walks, runs, hikes, and fetch sessions so if your dog is high-energy they'll fit right in with our lifestyle. If they're low-energy, that works too! One of us can stay home and chill with the dog all day. :) We are the go-to for all our dog friends, and have cared for all sorts of dogs, from a young corgi pup to a senior black lab. Pixie is also always very happy to have a playmate over, and gets along with any friendly dog. We also understand that no dog is perfect - If your dog has a specific training regime or triggers, we will happily adjust our care and schedule in order to accommodate any dog. My partner and I have flexible schedules that allow at least one of us to be home 24/7 Fri-Sun to watch your pup. On weekends we enjoy bringing Pixie along so if your pup is up for it we may take them out for an adventure! We live in a two story condo with a small front and back yard. The community we live in is very safe and dog friendly, with plenty of nearby parks (that we frequent daily!) and even two fenced in enclosures on both sides of the complex where dogs can play off leash.
About: I have worked at a veterinary hospital with many different breeds and personalities of dogs. I also own two dogs myself and have grown up with several. I love dogs! I am working part time as a nanny so I have plenty of free time during the week and most weekends other than occasional trips. I have two other dogs so I own a crate or a backyard that they could play in. They would be seperate from my pets.
About: I’ve taken care of my pets for 15 years. I have also helped friends and family with walking, washing, and walking there pets when needed. I am currently a student so I am always available to help out with your pets any day of the week: walks, drop-in visits, and over night stays. I pay very close attention to the pets needs such as when they are hungry, need to go outside, or even just if they need some love an attention.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received! She was reliable, attentive, and truly treated my dog like their own. I always felt confident knowing my pup was in such caring and capable hands. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing dog walker!

Brandon went above and beyond as a dog walker for my Boston Terrier. He made sure she got out of the house for nice long walks, had time to play with other dogs, run around, and really get the exercise she needs. Since she has a lot of energy, this meant so much to me. Brandon is extremely communicative, trustworthy, punctual, and polite. I felt completely comfortable knowing my dog was in such good hands, and she came home happy and well cared for. I highly recommend booking Brandon and will absolutely be booking him again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
