About: I’ve been caring for my own Schnauzer for 5 years, since he was 3 months old. When he was a puppy, he had canine coronavirus, and I personally cared for him throughout his recovery, including taking him to the vet for treatment and making sure he received his medications on schedule. I’m also very active with my dog and take him on two walks every day, usually over an hour each time. I have experience with basic dog training as well, and my dog knows commands such as sit, paw, down, and wait. I’m patient, attentive, and always make sure pets receive plenty of exercise, care, and attention. I’m currently a part-time student, so I have plenty of availability during weekday daytime hours. I’m also occasionally available on weekends and can be flexible depending on your pet’s needs and my class schedule. I always prioritize your pet’s safety and follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I’m attentive to pets’ routines, feeding schedules, and behavior, and I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you know your pet is safe and doing well.
“Lisa arrived promptly and understood Poppy’s joy at being in the sun and getting belly rubs. She also followed my instruction to check the water bowl. As a side benefit, she took some terrific pictures of Poppy!”

“This is our first time booking with Regi. She is so easy to work with, great communication throughout the entire process. She did an excellent at taking care of our 3 kitties. She updated us daily on their activities and the kitties love spending time with her. We will definitely book her service again!”

“Greta has been sooo AMAZING & goes above and beyond with my 4 month old goldendoodle!! She’s been taking care of my puppy 3 times a week for about a month now & ongoing when im at work so she gets to raise my puppy with me🥰 She’s genuinely so caring and compassionate. I must say there’s really no one like her, she loves dogs passionately and it shows. I am so particular and protective of my puppy’s health and training and greta has EXCEEDED my needs and expectations. I have seen many dog sitters for my older pup over the years and i must say greta is truly the best out of everyone. She communicates so well and even sees the slightest change in behavior with my puppy. My puppy’s so obsessed with her and cuddles with her all the time!! She gives so much love and you can tell how much she enjoys what she does. She’s the only person i trust with him when im away. If you need an extraordinary sitter for your fur baby, GRETA IS THE ONE ❤️”

About: I’ve cared for my family dog, who has three legs, for seven years, giving me firsthand experience supporting a dog with unique mobility needs. After moving away from home to pursue higher education, I welcomed a puppy of my own. These experiences have taught me how to care for dogs of different ages, abilities, and routines, from energetic puppies who need patience and consistency to adult dogs who may require extra attentiveness and support. Neighbors have trusted me to feed and check in on their dogs and cats while they’re away. As a future healthcare professional, I’m responsible, highly attentive to detail, and committed to treating every pet with the same care and affection I give my own. As a full-time student, I’m typically in class Monday through Thursday mornings, so I’m available for walks and drop-in visits most afternoons and evenings. I have open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, as well as from noon into the evening on Thursdays. I don’t have any work obligations, which gives me the flexibility to schedule pet care around my classes. If I have an exam or school event, I won’t accept visits during that time, so you can feel confident that your pet will always receive my full attention and care. Walks and drop-ins are also a wonderful, refreshing break from studying that I genuinely look forward to! Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always be my top priorities. On walks, I’ll make sure their leash/harness is secure, stay attentive around traffic and other animals, and be mindful of the weather and hot pavement. I’ll follow their usual route and pace so each walk feels safe, familiar, and enjoyable for them. During drop-in visits, I’ll enter your home thoughtfully, double-check that doors and gates are secure, and follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I’ll take the time to help them feel comfortable, whether that means playing and giving lots of affection or simply sitting nearby and allowing them to approach me when they’re ready. I’ll treat your pet and home with the same care and respect I would want for my own, and I’ll send you photos and updates so you can feel reassured while you’re away.
“We were SO glad we found Erica to watch our pets while we were away. During the meet and greet we knew she would be perfect - her calm, kind, and loving demeanor was perfect for our pets. She sent pictures and updates every day, and went above and beyond to make sure our home and everything in it was well taken care of. We will definitely book her again in the future, and would recommend her to anyone searching for a pet sitter.”

About: Hi, I'm Kaylee. I've been caring for dogs, cats, and other exotic pets for over 12 years.I’ve rescued multiple stray dogs that turned into my family members. Learned from professional dog trainers and dog psychologist, I closely observe dogs’ body languages to recognize signs of stress and discomfort. I live in a clean and welcoming, dog-proof townhouse located in Great Park, Irvine with a fenced front yard for your pups to play and sunbathe. I live with my husband with a sweet and gentle small dog Ripley. We have no cats and no kids and only board one or two dogs at a time, so your pup will receive lots of attention and personalized care. I follow owners' instructions carefully and try my best to stick to your pets' daily routine and provide a calm stay for them. I work from home and can keep your pup company. I normally offer three walks a day ranging from 20 min to 40 min each walk, one in the morning, one at noon, and one in the evening, and potty breaks depending on your pup's needs. If you pup requires more exercise, feel free to ask and I’ll try my best to accommodate to that. I live in a two-story townhouse with a fenced front yard in Great Park. I also have access to a number of trails and two dog parks nearby my home. I don't take dogs to dog parks to interact with other stranger dogs for safety reasons. Dog park play time can be arranged if your dogs love to run around and play fetching 🎾. There are no kids and cats in my home.

About: Growing up with animals, I even considered becoming a veterinarian. I would enjoy making friends with your dogs and taking them to explore trails and parks together. I’m currently working full-time, generally available on weekends and holidays. I would prefer a two-day notice in advance to coordinate your schedules and your preferences. I can work with your preference and your pets’ needs, then I would be able to quickly get familiar with them and make them feel safer with me.
“Corey has taken care of our two cats multiple times, and we have already booked her again! We were gone for a long trip and Corey provided detailed notes and many pictures each check-in, and was communicative throughout the booking. She went above and beyond, brought her own cat toy and even cleaned up the cats litter area when they made a mess. My cats are very shy but by the first few days of the booking they felt comfortable with Corey. Thank you Corey!!”

“Cie did an amazing job with our two cats and chinchilla. She even bought a toothbrush to give our chinchilla scratches, which he absolutely loved! She was very communicative and let us know everything that was going on with the animals in the house. I can highly recommend her to take amazing care of any pet.”

This was the first time using Diana and she was fantastic! Symba took her really easily and her notes back with all the images was exactly what I needed to make sure my baby was OK while I travel home today. Thank you Diana for taking the last minute check in! Will be re-booking again soon.

Amanda was amazing with our little man while we were away! You know your cat sitter means business when she brings her own cat toys! She sent plenty of photos and videos and even went above and beyond to help with an ant issue we were having. We’ll be asking her to cat sit again! 💚💜💚

Yifan is amazing! We hired her to check in on our cat (who is my baby!) and she was so warm and friendly towards khaleesi. She took good care of her, sent daily reports and pictures, did everything I asked and beyond, and I will 100% continue booking w her in the future/anytime we need a pet sitter! I was able to enjoy my trip without having to worry about my baby. Your pet is in good hands with Yifan!

Regi is one of the most communicative and thorough rovers we have ever had! She sent lots of pictures, was thorough with all the care instructions we left for our cats, and went out of her way to do some extra things to make our cats more comfortable and happy. Our cats absolutely loved her, and we will 100% be rebooking her in the future.

As a new car owner it’s been a very hard adjustment having to leave them home when going on travels. Erin gave me and my fiancé the upmost confidence that our boy would not only be looked after in a basic sense, but truly cared for during the days we were gone. Erin sent wonderful photos after every check-in and gave an in-depth itinerary of what they did during the visit. I will be booking with Erin for our next trip and for the foreseeable future!

Because of her experience, we had a peace of mind leaving Alvina to take care of our cats. She lovingly tended to our cats’ specific needs and was flexible when problems arose, ensuring that they are happy and well. A great pet sitter that went above and beyond!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
