Her daily updates allowed us to keep a tab on our cats health, and YiFan was super flexible when we needed to change the daily needs of the our elderly car.
Our cats love her. They were already a little freaked out before our trip because we’d had some work done in the house, so I was sure they would hide during her visits. But as soon as they realized it was her, they came right out and were out and about! It gives us such peace of mind knowing they feel so comfortable and safe with her while we’re away.

Chelsea is a cat whisperer with magic hands. She helped me while I was travelling and administered medication to my kitty. She has been so gentle and efficient administering the medication that my cat never knew what happened to her 🤣 always happy to see her I would strongly recommend Chelsie.

Our cat Panpan is very timid and shy, and her prior sitter never met her. But Zi is wonderful and really interacted with Panpan, and took great care of her. Zi sent numerous detailed notes, photos and videos, and we really enjoyed communicating about Panpan with her. The pictures and videos are all super nice to have as well. Overall she is a great caregiver and I highly recommend her.
This was our second time working with Minghua, and we came back to her because we had such a great experience the first time. She is incredibly trustworthy, caring, and attentive. When our apartment got too warm and ants started appearing, Minghua went above and beyond by cleaning up the ants as much as she could. She then voluntarily made an extra trip to our apartment to turn on the AC, which we hoped would help resolve the issue. She also played with our cat a lot and sent us plenty of photos and updates. It was obvious that our cat absolutely loved her!
