About: I am both friendly and respectable to animals. Ive had the privilege to live with my families Lhasa apso for 12 years, so I am qualified with the basic necessities to care for any 4 legged friend. “Jordana was awesome! My kitty is normally really shy but he warmed up to her instantly. I came home and he was hell taken care of, Jordana even took out my trash and cleaned the litter. She was amazing!”

“Ilana did an amazing job taking care of our dog. She was on time, followed all instructions, and communicated well. Before we left, she made sure to come by our house to meet the dog, take him for a walk, and really get to know him and our needs. While we were gone, we always knew what was happening as she communicated so effectively. She is the next best thing to having us home! 5 Stars - we will use Ilana again!”

“Crystal did an amazing job taking care of our two bunnies while we were away for the week. Super attentive to detail, responsive, and cared for them as we would. We highly recommend her. Thanks again Crystal!!! :)”
“Robin was an absolute life saver for my diabetic kitty. She was extremely patient and kind with him even though he did not want to cooperate all the time. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures. I’m so grateful that we found her and will definitely use her in the future.”

“If you’re going back and forth between profiles trying to figure out who to take care of your furry family member, stop right here. Assal and Michael are phenomenal. Our cat has recently been diagnosed with diabetes and in the past we’d have family check in on her. With her new diagnosis, we wanted someone who could help us keep up with her insulin schedule while keeping her in the comfort of our house verse boarding. Assal and Michael have excellent communication, they are beyond kind, sent daily photos of our girl and gave us updates on her whereabouts in our house. 10/10. Any future out of state visit, I know they’ll be my go-to people to take care of Lily.”

Hayley really put our minds at ease when we were away as we trusted her both with our cat and our home! She was reliable, meticulous, communicative and delightful. Our shy introverted cat adores her and it was obvious that Hayley cared very much both about our cat and about doing a good job. We loved receiving the cute photos and videos of our Cat she shared. Hayley is a gem and we hope she will come back next time to help out we are away! Thank you Hayley!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Laguna Hills. On Rover:

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy.
