Leaving your pets home can be stressful especially if they have separation anxiety. I'll work hard to keep their routine consistent and reduce stress. I ask that your pets be up to date on vaccinations and flea preventative treatments, and during initial meeting I may check for fleas with a comb (Yes - indoor kitties can get them too!) to make sure there is absolutely no cross-infestation with any of the animals I work with c: ** A note for cats, regardless if you choose to contact me - I highly recommend to hire help that provides care in your own home (drop in/house sitting) in an environment your cat already feels safe in instead of boarding elsewhere. About: I grew up on a farm and participated in 4-H which includes training and preparing the animals for show at the county fair. I've hatched chickens, helped cows give birth & raised abandoned calfs. I have also taken care and raised puppies and kittens. In addition I have volunteered at animal shelters since moving of the farm. I am currently working part time with a flexible work schedule (and work from home) in addition to going to community college part time for another associate's degree. I am unable to do boarding, but and home that I enter I ensure the pets don't get out unless on a leash or into a fenced in yard. In addition I distract dogs away from the door when leaving by throwing a treat past them.

My cats were well taken care of by Mya. As they are my babies, I would only have someone take care of them who would make sure to follow the feed/ water directions thoroughly, give them love and attention, as well as clean the litter thoroughly every visit. I plan on using her for house sitting through Rover in March with my shepherd included in the bargain.
Shahla was incredible! She watched my cat and rabbit for about a week and sent me constant pictures, videos, and updates.
