About: Hi! I’m a recent magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus in Crime & Justice, along with minors in Criminology and Political Science. During nearly three years of college, I worked at a coffee shop located inside OSU’s veterinary hospital, which was such a unique and rewarding experience. I loved being surrounded by animals every day and interacting with students and staff who shared that same passion. I learned a lot about animal safety, got plenty of time with pups, and was always happy to hand out a free pup cup (when diet-approved, of course!). My love for dogs started very early. I grew up with my rescue dog Bruce, a Black Lab/Chow mix, from the time I was six years old and he was a pup until he passed at 15 and a half years old last May. He was truly my best friend and a huge part of my life—I spent years walking him, playing fetch, and caring for him full-time. In 2022, my family adopted another rescue, Phoebe, who came from a traumatic background and needed a lot of patience, structure, and care. I was heavily involved in her training process—from potty training and leash work to helping her adjust to a safe, loving home. It was a learning experience that required consistency and compassion, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into the calm, happy, and well-behaved dog she is today. She now loves walks, hikes, and being around people and other dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I frequently volunteered with and donated to a local humane society in Corvallis during college. Through their “Doggy Day Out” program, I would take shelter dogs out for the day—whether that meant walks at the park, pup cups, or simply relaxing at home with plenty of cuddles. I always tailored each outing to the dog’s energy level, age, and personality, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved outside of the shelter environment. I’ve also cared for dogs outside my home, including helping raise and train a puppy for a close friend—handling walks, feeding, drop-ins, and daily routines while building good habits from the start. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely love working with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and backgrounds. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog who needs a gentler pace, I’m committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m currently home for the summer in San Clemente and Rancho Santa Margarita through July 28, and will return again starting September 1. During these times, I have full availability and a very flexible schedule. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all routines—feeding, walks, medications, and preferences—so your dog feels as normal and stress-free as possible. I’m very attentive to behavior and body language, especially with dogs who may be anxious or still adjusting. I take precautions on walks, keep environments secure, and always prioritize safety. I also treat your home with respect and keep you updated with photos and communication so you feel confident your pet is in good hands.

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with German Shepherds, a Cocker Spaniel, and a mixed-breed dog. Later, when I started my own family, we welcomed Fiera, our Labrador Retriever. She grew up alongside my children—they were like siblings and partners in crime. If you’ve ever had a Lab, you know exactly what I mean. 😁 When Fiera was about five years old, Glitch, our little Shihpoo, joined the family. Fiera crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 13, and we still miss her every day. 💗 Making your pup feel safe and cared for is my priority. If your dog isn’t acting like themselves, isn’t eating normally, or just seems “off,” I’ll notice and I’ll let you know. I’m comfortable following detailed instructions, whether it’s feeding routines, walks, medications, or special care. I have experience giving oral medications, eye and ear medications, topical treatments, and subcutaneous injections when prescribed by a veterinarian. When I’m caring for your dog, I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages. While you’re away, I’m also happy to bring in mail and packages, water indoor or outdoor plants, rotate lights if requested, and help keep your home looking lived-in. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to help. I’m currently completing professional training from home, so I spend most of my day at home. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of companionship for the pets in my care. Our home is shared with our small dog, Glitch, and our indoor cat, Vinnie. Both are important members of our family. Glitch enjoys having canine visitors, and he has always done well with dogs in our home. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, I carefully introduce dogs and only accept dogs that are friendly with cats. We have a fully fenced yard. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s normal routine, including using a crate if they’re already crate trained and comfortable with it.

You’ll get updates and photos so you can feel confident your cat is doing well and probably living their best life. Cat sitting, for me, is more than just a job.
