About: I’ve always been a total cat person! Whether it’s a playful kitten or a seasoned nap champion, I genuinely enjoy getting to know each cat’s unique personality. Over the years, I’ve cared for all kinds of feline friends: energetic, shy, purr machines, and everything in between. I understand that each cat has different needs…whether that’s active playtime, quiet companionship, or just someone who knows how to give the perfect chin scratch. My goal is always to create a safe, loving, and low-stress environment. I keep their routine consistent, from feeding schedules and litter box care to making sure they have clean, cozy spots to relax. I’m also a bit of a neat freak, so their space stays fresh and tidy (no stinky boxes or spilled kibble here!). I pay close attention to their behavior and comfort, and I’m quick to notice if something seems off. You’ll get updates and photos so you can feel confident your cat is doing well and probably living their best life. Cat sitting, for me, is more than just a job. It’s a chance to bond, provide comfort, and be a trustworthy stand-in while you’re away. I genuinely love being part of their day and making sure they’re not just safe, but happy, relaxed, and completely spoiled. I babysit or run errands occasionally during the week, but I’m just five minutes away. It’s easy for me to stop by as needed. I have plenty of time to give your cat attention and care when it matters most. Your cat’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I create a calm, clean, and secure environment where they can feel relaxed and at home. I’m mindful of keeping doors and windows safe, removing any hazards, and ensuring they always have fresh water, a clean litter box, and their favorite cozy spots. About: Hi! I’m a recent magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus in Crime & Justice, along with minors in Criminology and Political Science. During nearly three years of college, I worked at a coffee shop located inside OSU’s veterinary hospital, which was such a unique and rewarding experience. I loved being surrounded by animals every day and interacting with students and staff who shared that same passion. I learned a lot about animal safety, got plenty of time with pups, and was always happy to hand out a free pup cup (when diet-approved, of course!). My love for dogs started very early. I grew up with my rescue dog Bruce, a Black Lab/Chow mix, from the time I was six years old and he was a pup until he passed at 15 and a half years old last May. He was truly my best friend and a huge part of my life—I spent years walking him, playing fetch, and caring for him full-time. In 2022, my family adopted another rescue, Phoebe, who came from a traumatic background and needed a lot of patience, structure, and care. I was heavily involved in her training process—from potty training and leash work to helping her adjust to a safe, loving home. It was a learning experience that required consistency and compassion, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into the calm, happy, and well-behaved dog she is today. She now loves walks, hikes, and being around people and other dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I frequently volunteered with and donated to a local humane society in Corvallis during college. Through their “Doggy Day Out” program, I would take shelter dogs out for the day—whether that meant walks at the park, pup cups, or simply relaxing at home with plenty of cuddles. I always tailored each outing to the dog’s energy level, age, and personality, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved outside of the shelter environment. I’ve also cared for dogs outside my home, including helping raise and train a puppy for a close friend—handling walks, feeding, drop-ins, and daily routines while building good habits from the start. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely love working with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and backgrounds. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog who needs a gentler pace, I’m committed to making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for. I’m currently home for the summer in San Clemente and Rancho Santa Margarita through July 28, and will return again starting September 1. During these times, I have full availability and a very flexible schedule. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow all routines—feeding, walks, medications, and preferences—so your dog feels as normal and stress-free as possible. About: I have taken care of my animals my entire life. I have owned horses, dogs, cats, reptiles, rabbits, and fish. I have experience for caring for high needs senior dogs that require medication. I am happy to stay overnight to watch your pets or do drop in visits during the day. I am a masters student in Forensic Psychology and am taking flexible online classes.
