“My fiance and I were so grateful to have found Ellie to watch Toby! Toby is a Doberman, and he's a bigger size for his breed. As a fellow Rover host, it pained me to be rejected by multiple hosts when they stereotyped the breed but not Ellie. She responded very quickly to the meet-and-greet, and Bella was such a sweet and calm girl. Ryder was unique in his own way, just as another mini schnauzer that I take care of. These pups are the perfect combination for Toby. Ellie handled Toby's anxiety very well on the first day, and Toby was completely chilling starting on day 2. Ellie sent countless photos and videos and gave us peace of mind during our hectic trip. Toby got to play fetch in the front, hang out in the backyard, sunbathe and get cozy with others inside the house. Her backyard is double-fenced/gated on all sides, and her house is in a very safe neighborhood. Toby had the best vacation!”

I’m a recent magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus in Crime & Justice, along with minors in Criminology and Political Science. During nearly three years of college, I worked at a coffee shop located inside OSU’s veterinary hospital, which was such a unique and rewarding experience. I loved being surrounded by animals every day and interacting with students and staff who shared that same passion. I learned a lot about animal safety, got plenty of time with pups, and was always happy to hand out a free pup cup (when diet-approved, of course!). My love for dogs started very early. I grew up with my rescue dog Bruce, a Black Lab/Chow mix, from the time I was six years old and he was a pup until he passed at 15 and a half years old last May. He was truly my best friend and a huge part of my life—I spent years walking him, playing fetch, and caring for him full-time. In 2022, my family adopted another rescue, Phoebe, who came from a traumatic background and needed a lot of patience, structure, and care. I was heavily involved in her training process—from potty training and leash work to helping her adjust to a safe, loving home. It was a learning experience that required consistency and compassion, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into the calm, happy, and well-behaved dog she is today. She now loves walks, hikes, and being around people and other dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I frequently volunteered with and donated to a local humane society in Corvallis during college. Through their “Doggy Day Out” program, I would take shelter dogs out for the day—whether that meant walks at the park, pup cups, or simply relaxing at home with plenty of cuddles. I always tailored each outing to the dog’s energy level, age, and personality, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved outside of the shelter environment. I’ve also cared for dogs outside my home, including helping raise and train a puppy for a close friend—handling walks, feeding, drop-ins, and daily routines while building good habits from the start. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely love working with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and backgrounds. About: I love dogs . Since I was a child I have grown up with pets... I have a nice home with an outside area and would love to care for your dog .. However, . I prefer dogs who are potty trained, neutered, and for male dogs that don’t urinate or “mark” in my home, but will work with your dogs and care for them as my own. Also please NO DROP OFFS before 7:00 am and NO PICKUPS after 9pm, otherwise, that would require another day's booking. No regular doggy daycare business operates 24/7. If you have an early morning flight or late flight, please accommodate accordingly between my hours of operation : 7:00 am to 9 pm. Please be respectful of peoples times and schedules. I do not run a 24/7 doggy daycare. What you will get from me you won’t get at a commercial doggy daycare is that I don’t watch a ton of dogs! Usually 1-2 dogs max at a time. That way your pup is getting personalized attention. I only do this because this is not my main business and enjoy watching a few pets at a time because I like having dogs around me since my lovely Jack Russell died a few years back of old age and I miss having a pet around. About: Hi! I’m a recent magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus in Crime & Justice, along with minors in Criminology and Political Science. During nearly three years of college, I worked at a coffee shop located inside OSU’s veterinary hospital, which was such a unique and rewarding experience. I loved being surrounded by animals every day and interacting with students and staff who shared that same passion. I learned a lot about animal safety, got plenty of time with pups, and was always happy to hand out a free pup cup (when diet-approved, of course!). My love for dogs started very early. I grew up with my rescue dog Bruce, a Black Lab/Chow mix, from the time I was six years old and he was a pup until he passed at 15 and a half years old last May. He was truly my best friend and a huge part of my life—I spent years walking him, playing fetch, and caring for him full-time. In 2022, my family adopted another rescue, Phoebe, who came from a traumatic background and needed a lot of patience, structure, and care. I was heavily involved in her training process—from potty training and leash work to helping her adjust to a safe, loving home. It was a learning experience that required consistency and compassion, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into the calm, happy, and well-behaved dog she is today. She now loves walks, hikes, and being around people and other dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I frequently volunteered with and donated to a local humane society in Corvallis during college.
