We needed a cat sitter for two a day visits while we were on vacation. We met with Dawn prior to leaving to get to know one another and to go over our expectations. This was our second time working with Minghua, and we came back to her because we had such a great experience the first time. She is incredibly trustworthy, caring, and attentive. When our apartment got too warm and ants started appearing, Minghua went above and beyond by cleaning up the ants as much as she could. She then voluntarily made an extra trip to our apartment to turn on the AC, which we hoped would help resolve the issue. She also played with our cat a lot and sent us plenty of photos and updates.
