“My wife and I booked with Banafshe for a long weekend trip, after our go-to dog sitter was unavailable. We are happy we did. Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. I cannot begin to explain how grateful we are for Ashely. Our situation was a bit unique - we had a wedding and wanted our pups to be in it, however had no way of taking care of them after. Ashley was so kind in coming to our venue to pick them up after the ceremony! She took care of them for the night, and when returning them, she gave us some freshly picked fruit from her tree - how sweet! Literally, they were delicious.
