Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

Not only is her home pristine, cozy, and in a lovely safe neighborhood with lots of grass and greenery for pups to roam and sniff, but she has such a warmth about her that shows in her care for our dogs. She is observant of our dogs needs and followed all of our feeding and walking instructions. She is also communicative with any concerns that came up along the way and was great about sending us photos and updates of how our furbabies were doing each day. “Neha provided a safe and caring environment for Nikka's first stay. She is caring and understanding to nature of dogs. She was exceptional in communications and keeping me up to date of Nikka during his stay. She was attentative and accommodating with Nikkas food as we had to adjust slightly during his stay. We appreciate all the accommodations she took. Neha has a sweet loving slightly shy dog called Hatchi who was happy to share his space with Nikka. We loved our experience with Saeedah.We have a 10 month old puppy Cavapoo and Saeedah made our expierence a pleasant one.She's so lovely and warm and genuinly loves being around dogs.Being a first dog owner and leaving our puppy in the care of someone we have just met can be overwhelming but Saeedah really put our minds us at ease and our puppy was so happy there and did not want to leave her house.She even offered to cook food for her and absolutely bonded great with our puppy which is a great sign.Added bonus she made some new friends which we think is great for socializing. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a great care to your dog
I always worry about leaving my now 4-yr old shih tzu who is temperamental and has separation anxiety in another’s care. Saewon and her family accepted my Oslo with no hesitation. Shuang was incredible! She took such good care of our little guy, he’s 18 years old and had a lot of instructions and we felt so comfortable with her. He didn’t want to leave! She kept us updated every day with pictures. We will definitely be booking with her again (hopefully she is available)!
Longtime dog owner and new to the app as circumstances necessitated it, but Hoai was very accommodating and attentive to ensure that the transition is smooth as possible. My girl is 9 years and seemed like she had a good time. Good rec for if any party including the pup is anxious.
I have used Amanda twice to board my three dogs at her house. She has been absolutely great and sends me photos daily along with updates. They are all supervised in her backyard especially with the coyotes. I like knowing I can leave my dogs with someone and know they will be watched and cared for and not have to worry. I will definitely use her again in the future and recommend her to anyone who is in need of several dogs being boarded at the sitters house as some sitters can only watch one or two.
