Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. “Hannah was puppy perfection from start to finish! Upon meeting Hank she was professional and friendly, my 4.5 month old chocolate lab puppy greeted her as if they had know each other for months. Hannah was easy to work with for the pickup and roof and sent me messages and pics throughout his stay with her. Banafshe went above and beyond with George. He had some last minute medical issue which required some extra care (pills and a daily paw wash) and Banafshe was willing to attend to them and give George the extra love he needed. She is fantastic and you can tell how much she loves our 🐶!!
Suman took wonderful care of Murphy for 4 days while we were out of town. She kept us updated with pictures and videos and was in constant communication, which gave us great peace of mind. It was such a relief knowing Murphy was in good hands. We would definitely book with her again!

I cannot recommend Radhika enough! Looking after a German Shepherd requires someone who truly understands the breed's intelligence, energy, and need for structure, and Radhika absolutely nailed it. Blitz took to her immediately. She kept up perfectly with his active exercise routine, paid close attention to his specific diet, and provided the mental stimulation he craves. I received regular, reassuring updates and came home to a relaxed, incredibly happy dog. If you have a large breed or a dog that requires precise, dedicated care, Radhika is the absolute best. Blitz is already looking forward to his next stay!
