NOTE ON PRICING & CARE LEVELS Every dog is unique and so is the level of care they may require. Rates are thoughtfully adjusted based on key factors such as temperament, supervision needs, medication routines, anxiety management, and behavioral support, helping ensure that each dog receives the right level of attention, structure, and comfort. It is understood that medication needs can vary; the amount and method of administering often make a difference. A simple chew, for instance, is very different from a pill that requires oral delivery, an eye or ear drop, or a topical treatment. These factors are considered carefully to keep pricing fair, competitive, and transparent. One of the main philosophies here is that the easier the dog, the easier the rate. Dogs who experience separation anxiety, destructive tendencies, or other high need patterns often require more hands on supervision, while calm or independent dogs may qualify for reduced rates. It is always better to minimize surprises; with that in mind, the focus is on Service Quality, not Service Quantity. The priority is not on how many dogs are cared for, but on the level of attention and professionalism that goes into each stay. There are no unnecessary addons or fees for affection, petting, or basic care; some facilities may charge $10 for ten minutes of “petting time,” but genuine compassion should never come at an extra cost. Pack walks are also included when appropriate and manageable, depending on each dog’s behavior, energy level, and compatibility with others to ensure safety and harmony during group outings. Whether a dog needs one on one attention, a calm structured setting, or a healthy balance of socialization, care plans are tailored accordingly. Experience includes working with a wide range of temperaments and needs such as separation anxiety, depression, aggression, resource guarding, door dashing, counter surfing, destructive habits, and fear based behaviors; always handled with patience, safety, and respect at the forefront. The goal is to build a fair and transparent partnership grounded in communication, trust, and reasonableness on both ends. BOARDING REQUIREMENTS Please confirm all vaccinations are current for Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella (which helps minimize kennel cough), along with active flea and tick prevention. A photo of proof of vaccinations and flea/tick prevention is required for safety purposes. Recommendations can be provided upon request for where to find the best pricing on required treatments or vaccines. EXTENDED CARE Rates are based on a 24 hour period from dropoff to pickup, with a complimentary 2 hour grace window on pickup day. For example, if dropoff is at 8am, pickup before 10am the next day is free of charge. Pickups between 12am and 8am are charged as a full day of extended care. Pickups between the 2nd and 8th hour past the complimentary window incur a half day extended care fee. Pickups at or after the 8th hour but before midnight are charged a full day. If pickup reaches midnight, it is considered an overnight/full day rate. This structure keeps things fair and aligned with Rover’s extended care system, while still offering flexibility when possible. CANCELLATION POLICY Cancel 72 hours or more before the scheduled dropoff date and time for a 100% refund with written notice. • Cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled dropoff date and time, and a 25% cancellation fee applies due to capacity, planning, preparation, resource allocation, and potential revenue loss from holding the spot. Questions are always welcome. ABOUT YOUR DOG(S) Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors to account for, such as a specific bathroom schedule, food schedule, allergies, sensitivities, interactions with humans and other dogs, whether they are indoor or outdoor dogs, if furniture/beds are off limits or not, any physical restraints, etc. I also welcome any pet peeves or preferences to ensure everyone is happy. MISC: OTHER TIPS & MORE! • Keeping Your Pets Safe in Summer Heat: As temperatures rise, it's crucial to ensure our pets stay cool and comfortable, especially for certain breeds that are more susceptible to heat. • Climate Sensitive Breeds and Conditions: While all dogs need attention during hot weather, some breeds and conditions require extra care to stay safe. This includes giant breeds, elderly or obese pets, diabetic animals, and all snub nosed or brachycephalic dogs. These dogs have shorter nasal passages, making it harder for them to regulate their body temperature. • Rising Temps? Keep a Close Eye on These Breeds: -Bulldogs -Chow Chows -Golden Retrievers -Golden Doodles -Boston Terriers -Pugs -Boxers -Greyhounds -Cavalier King Charles Spaniels -Chinese Cresteds -Dogue de Bordeaux -English Springer Spaniels -French Mastiff -Pekingese -Husky • Tips to Keep Your Dog(s) Safe in the Summer: -Always provide fresh water and shade. -Avoid walking during the hottest parts of the day. -Use cooling mats or vests. -Never leave your pet in a parked car. Keeping these tips in mind will help ensure your furry friends stay safe and comfortable during the summer months. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need more advice on pet care!

We had a wonderful experience with leaving our dog for daycare with Chris. He sent us many updates and videos and spent a lot of time making sure he wasn’t getting into any trouble! He was very involved in our puppy’s care the entire time. Definitely a gem!

Chris has been amazing! We have a strong high energy Belgian Malinois who we needed an experienced walker to exercise. Chris was able to take immediate control over him and does a great job tiring him out. He takes Cono’s experience seriously, provides feedback and recommendations and most importantly Cono loves going with him. We are so thankful to have found Chris!

We had a great experience with Chris It was our first time leaving our 5-year-old pitbull with him, so we were a bit nervous—but he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He’s extremely knowledgeable about dogs and clearly knows what he’s doing. We really appreciated the regular updates, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. It was obvious that our dog was in good hands and being well cared for. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced sitter, and wr will definitely be booking with him again!
