About: During my senior year of high school I started volunteering at my local county animal shelter. Over the summer, I was working with dogs 8 hours a week in addition to my self managed swim lesson business and swim team practices. I also own and have fostered senior dogs! As much as I love to play with energetic young dogs, seniors are just as great ;) Fish are another specialty of mine! I have been keeping fish since I was six so if you have pet fish they are in good hands :) I am currently a college student and I am on my college swim team. My schedule is flexible and I have a reliable car. I am happy to stay overnight in clients homes. Before I moved to college my dogs had access to a large fenced yard and lived with us in the home. They were taken out on daily walks. Additionally, I have a beagle at home so I am very good at keeping food out of reach. At the animal shelter I volunteered at I would use positive reinforcement with the dogs to help train them.

I'm currently job hunting, so my availability is close to 100% at the moment: I can sit in your home, do drop-in visits, or have your dog(s) stay with me. My condo is completely safe for dogs, my neighborhood is quiet and safe, and there are some great walking routes as well as a dog park nearby. I look forward to hearing from you! I will personally be the one providing all care for any pets booked through my Rover profile. I’m available mornings and evenings for dog walking, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I’ll also keep you updated with pictures and messages so you know how they’re doing. Since I live in an apartment, the best fit would be a dog who is house trained, calm indoors, and comfortable using either the elevator or stairs. Toby got to play fetch in the front, hang out in the backyard, sunbathe and get cozy with others inside the house.
