Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

“We had to find a boarding for our dog within two days, as we had other plans for taking care of her while away for 10 days. So it was last minute that I found Sean on Rover. He immediately agreed to a meet and greet after I contacted him and it was immediately clear that we will leave our dog with him. We only had our dog for 3 month after adoption and she had very severe separation anxiety. The way Sean took care of her was just wonderful! He stayed with her till she fell asleep and made sure she always feels safe and comfortable until she settled after a few days . He updated us every day with a little report and pictures. His own dog Smokie was absolutely warm and welcoming to our dog and a huge impact for her to feel better. I would recommend Sean anytime.”

I am also a very active person so I am able to provide a lot of exercise for active dogs (go to the dog park, biking, running, walking).
