About: What sets me apart is the level of love, patience, and attentiveness I bring to every dog I care for. I cared for my poodle mix for 13 years, giving him a happy life full of walks, beach adventures, and unconditional love. Throughout his life, he experienced ongoing health challenges, which gave me valuable experience providing consistent and attentive care, including managing special diets, administering medications, and paying close attention to changes in his behavior and needs. When I went off to college and left my family dog at home, my care for dogs didn’t stop. I continued working with animals by becoming a dog sitter and walker for my college’s service puppies in training, and I also helped my sister care for various foster dogs. These experiences gave me the opportunity to work with multiple dogs at once, each with different personalities, energy levels, and needs, and strengthened my ability to stay attentive, organized, and calm in any situation. Beyond that, I have experience walking neighbors’ dogs and pet sitting for both puppies and senior dogs for friends and family. I understand that every dog has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take pride in making sure each pet feels safe, loved, and cared for. When I moved back home a little over two years ago, I returned to caring for my family dog full time.
