About: New to Laguna Beach and the Rover app, but not new to dogs. I’ve got time over the next few months and couldn’t think of a better way to spend it than caring for great pets. I was born and raised in San Diego and have been around animals my entire life, especially dogs. My last pets were Buddy, a Doberman, and my two cats, Doug (an orange tabby) and Sheba (a Russian Blue). My love for animals has only grown over the years, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, understanding their personalities, and making sure they feel safe and cared for. I’ve recently relocated temporarily to Laguna Beach and will be here through June. While I’m not able to have pets of my own at the moment, I do have extra free time so I’d love the opportunity to care for yours as if they were my own. It would truly be a pleasure to meet you and your pets and provide reliable, attentive care you can feel confident about. I’m flexible and ready to care for your pets on weekdays or weekends, with the option for same-day bookings when possible. While I’m temporarily staying near downtown Laguna Beach through the end of June, I have plenty of time to dedicate to your furry friends. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just companionship, I’m here to make sure your pets feel happy, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m excited to meet new four-legged friends and provide the care they deserve. While I’m currently staying at a friend’s home through the end of June and unable to host pets, I’m fully available for in-home care. I understand that every pet and owner has unique routines, expectations, and preferences. My approach is simple: I take the time to clearly understand your pet’s specific needs, communicate openly with you, and consistently follow through. You can count on me to provide dependable, attentive, and compassionate care while treating your home and your pet with the utmost respect.

About: I always had animals until a few years ago when our dog past. I decided to wait to get another dog , my daughter 17 and I love dogs and we have been dog sitting friends dogs for free! I saw a commercial and thought I should sign up to supplement my income! We treat them as our own!! I go to calif every summer and either dog or cat sit for the month of July! We are in a very nice Condo complex that is pet friendly and love to walk them often. I Would love the opportunity to help you with your pet! I work part time and I’m home a lot - I have a lot of freedom and enjoy walking them - I’m never gone for more that 4 hours at a time In my home I treat them as if they are my own and follow the owners rules- I don’t have a back yard .. enjoy walking them

About: I have more than 30 years of experience. I started dog-sitting for friends and family and through private referrals. I have cared for dogs of all ages. I will keep you updated with photos and messages. And for additional peace of mind, I have pet-sitter insurance (certificate available upon request). Doggy socializing (the dog park, Starbucks, restaurant patios, doggy play dates with their friends or your fur baby's other favorite hangout spot) are included during overnight stays with dog parents' permission of course. I work from home which allows me to give your fur babies the love and attention that you would want for them and that they deserve. My aim is to provide next level service and to help lessen the stress of being away from your fur baby. All I need is a place to crash (I don't mind sharing the bed with your dogs), the Wi-Fi password, and your doggos to hang out with. I’ll make sure they’re comfortable, safe, relaxed, doted on and well looked after while you’re away. Rest assured, during overnight bookings, your pets will be the only ones that I take care of. Meaning, I won't book any drop-ins or walks with other clients.

I believe caring for pets in their own environment helps reduce stress and allows me to deliver more consistent, attentive care. During each visit, I follow the owner’s instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, litter or potty routines, walks, playtime, and any special needs. I take time to observe behavior, energy levels, and overall well being, and I adjust my approach to match each pet’s personality and comfort level. I always prioritize safety, cleanliness, and respect for the home. This includes securing doors and gates, keeping feeding and litter areas tidy, and ensuring pets are comfortable before I leave. I also provide updates during visits so owners can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they are away. I am Pet CPR and First Aid Certified.
