About: I work at an animal boarding facility so I am very well versed with animal behaviors, and love being around any and all kinds of animals! I have a lot of personal experience outside of Rover walking dogs and pet sitting for family friends. I love taking dogs on long walks and can provide basic obedience training (mainly simple commands that come in handy on walks such as “leave it”, “heal”, and “wait”). I am currently in pursing a degree to become a veterinary technician, and have certifications in both dog and cat grooming and training! Animal care is not only a hobby of mine, but also a life long passion, so I will care for your pets as if they are my own! My availability for pet sitting is very flexible and can usually be available any day of the week! I look forward to meeting you and your pets! I currently work full time, but do have flexible hours and a availability to be able to care for pets! I usually work about 4 days a week, so will have plenty of time to provide top-notch care! I am able to check on pets on my breaks at work, as well as accommodate any type of at home care your pet may need. I do not board pets at my own house!

“I hesitate to review Samantha because after this review she might get much busier and not have time for us. But, Samantha was terrific. She took such wonderful care of Maggie. Maggie adored her. We got photos and updated info every day. And after we got home after 3 weeks vacation the house was spotless. We would hire Samantha any time and she’s now our go to.”

About: I have been pet sitting for over 12 years with many different breeds small and large for family, friends. I am reliable, trustworthy and communicate by keeping you informed while you are away I am recently retired after 46 years of federal service so I am looking forward to making your pet feel comfortable and loved making your pet feel special like family. I do live in an apartment complex, but they do have a place for dog run and we are very close to many trails and a nearby park to enjoy the outdoors.

“We used Kyle to watch our two dogs, cat, chickens, and fish in our house for a week. Kyle sent regular, fun updates included pictures, and walked the dogs! Our little dog is allergic to everything and has a special diet that Kyle was able to manage with no problem. Actually, our little dogs skin looked better when we returned. The fur family was all well cared for with no issues at all. We will 100% trust and will keep using Kyle. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our family.”

“Daphny was awesome! She was great at communicating and followed all my instructions perfectly! She also sent pictures of my pups while we were away which I loved! The dogs seemed very happy with her! 100% would book her again and definitely recommend her for your pet sitting needs! :)”

“Janet stayed at our home for a long weekend to watch our dogs, Milo and Ollie, and we're so thrilled to have someone we can trust take care of them while we're away! Ollie is very nervous around new people and takes time to open up. Janet was super patient with him and kept me posted on how he was doing in their interactions while we were gone. On top of that, Janet is prompt with communication, super professional, and did an excellent job looking after not just the dogs but our home, too. Looking forward to having her back again!”

“I highly recommend her! She took care of our dog when our dog wasn’t feeling well. She’s very compassionate towards animals and she was great with communication with me, I was so worried about our dog because she was ill, so I texted her a lot! She was comfortable with giving medication and has experience.”

About: I have taken care of large and small dogs for many years and have experience raising two puppies and one living until she was 17! I currently have a Shiba Inu so I am used to dogs of all temperaments. I am very active and will give your dogs proper exercise! I enjoy walking and pet sitting for all my friends and family that ask. I have a pretty open schedule during the week for a while. I will be most free Sunday-Thursday but I will likely be able to adjust with notice given. I simply have my client let me know the schedule / routine they expect for their dog and follow it. I am always mindful that there is nothing a dog shouldn’t eat or have access to. I also ensure no gates or doors are carelessly left open!

“Heidi was a literal rockstar when it came to watching our anxious dog, Kona. This was Heidi's first stay with Kona and she was really flexible in coming over for a meet and greet beforehand. The key exchange went very smoothly as both me and my husband could not exchange in person. All was going well for the first two nights, until our neighbor in the adjoining row house had a fire in the early morning hours. Heidi got Kona out safely, thankfully no one was injured, and was in constant communication with me, my husband, our emergency contact, even the fire restoration team that showed up later in the day. As you can imagine, with an anxious dog and a new sitter, we were really worried about the situation. Heidi had to relocate with Kona to her boyfriend's house as there would be no water for the rest of her stay. Given the situation, we had our emergency contacts take Kona for the last night of Heidi's scheduled stay; we were pretty concerned about her 'delicate disposition' (i.e. Kona is a basketcase who does not handle change and new people well). We are so thankful that Heidi was there for Kona - and us - with the constant communication, flexibility, and overall care and concern she showed for our little girl. Several of our neighbors mentioned to us that our dog sitter did an excellent job keeping Kona calm while first responders addressed the situation. I think it's safe to say that Heidi is an exceptionally trustworthy individual who can more than adequately care for your fur babies - no matter the circumstances - when you're out of town. Thank you Heidi!!!”

“Nadja watched Hans at our home and did an incredible job. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you!”

“Dana is awesome! She has such a warm and welcoming presence. She was extremely attentive to both our cat and dog, sent the perfect amount of updates and check ins, and our house was in perfect condition when we got back. Our animals thoroughly enjoyed Dana’s company and will be absolutely be using her as our pet sitter again!”

“We have two fearful and high maintenance dogs. Our dogs have severe separation anxiety, but Olivia was able to keep them safe and well taken care of. Olivia knew to let our pups come to her. She sent photos and videos and they warmed up to her way faster than with other people. She works from home and was able to stay with our dogs all day. That’s a HUGE plus! We will definitely use Olivia again!”

About: Hi! My name is Rebecca and I'm an American/Canadian living in San Clemente, CA. I work remotely and am always looking for new furry friends to hang out with. In my spare time, I love trying new things, hiking, and making friends with strangers. I've been a go-to pet sitter for friends and neighbors for years. My specialty is with active dogs, but I've cared for all types of pets. Fun Facts: - I once lived in the Yukon for a month chasing the northern lights and running from grizzly bears - I once took in a stray cat at my university and kept him in my dorm apartment until we could rehome him. We named him Julius (he had an orange coat). - My longest travel time to a destination was 36 hours - I ran my first half marathon this year I work remotely, so I can work with your pet's schedule and give them the one-on-one attention they need while you're away. Whether it's a hike, a long walk, or a stop at the dog park, my flexible schedule gives me the ability to guarantee a happy pup! I take great pride in being trustworthy in the way I care for both your pets and your home. I care for your home as if it were my own and often leave it cleaner than I found it.

“Tatum is a rockstar. She goes above and beyond for our pup and is happy to fill in at the last minute. She’s not intimidated by our dog’s reactivity and she takes the initiative on communication. Can’t recommend her enough.”

“Kelsey was great. Sandy and Jack had an amazing experience with her. We did home sitting since my dogs are senior and they are more comfortable at home. She was really attentive and communicative with me. The dogs liked her a lot. We will be using her services again for sure.”
