I have a 3-year-old Golden named Ares, and I'm also hands-on with a family pack of five Goldens, so between the zoomies, the senior slow walks, and everything in between, I've pretty much seen it all. Big dogs, reactive dogs, medication schedules, strict feeding routines, none of that phases me. What I care most about is that you actually feel good leaving. Not just okay with it, genuinely at ease. So I follow your routine to the letter, send real photo updates (not just the posed ones), and I'm always on time. Always. We're lucky to be close to some great spots, the coastal trails in Newport, the paths near Crystal Cove, Heritage Dog Park, and I know how to navigate them safely. I keep a close eye on the environment, especially brush and ticks, because your dog doesn't know what they're getting into but I do. Whether your dog needs a long run or just a calm, quiet visit with someone who actually gets them, I've got it covered. Right now, my daily availability is incredibly flexible. I am currently taking some time between career moves, which means my week is wide open to prioritize your pet's needs. Whether you need a bright and early morning walk, mid-day drop-ins while you are at the office, or evening care, I can easily build my day around your dog's established routine. My own dog, Ares, has his set schedule, leaving the vast majority of my day completely open to step in exactly when you need me. When I am in your home for a drop-in or picking up your dog for a walk, safety and respect for your space are my absolute top priorities. I treat your home with the exact same care I treat my own, ensuring doors, gates, and locks are fully secured before and after every single visit. Out on the trails or sidewalks, I am hyper-vigilant about our surroundings, steering clear of hazardous brush, hot pavement, or unpredictable off-leash dogs. I stick strictly to your instructions and always leave things exactly as I found them.

About: A "Dog First" Approach My world revolves around my dog, and I bring that same compassion and respect to yours. I am a firm believer in letting dogs set the pace. Whether it’s going for a long "sniffary" to engage their brain, providing mental enrichment activities, or my favorite—cuddles and telling them they’re the best ever—I make sure your dog feels seen and loved. For The Dogs Who Are Selective I have a natural touch with dogs that are shy or picky about their humans. My neighbor’s Blue Heeler/Husky/Shepherd mix—who is very "iffy" with strangers—is now one of my best buds. I read body language and wait for a dog to approach me on their own terms. If your dog is a "one-person dog" or just prefers a calmer presence, we will get along great. The Puppy-Proof Eye I’ve had my own dog since he was 8 weeks old. I know exactly how quickly a puppy will run off with something they shouldn't have if you look away for two seconds! I bring that same level of hyper-vigilance to your home, ensuring your pup stays safe and out of trouble while you’re away. Your Home is My Office As a fully remote professional, I’m not just stopping by—I’m moving my office to your living room. This means constant companionship for your dog and the peace of mind that your home is occupied and secure. I’m happy to follow any specific house rules or routines to ensure your dog’s day stays as normal as possible. Momo and I have a very consistent schedule. I feed him around 6 am then go back to sleep. 7:30 am we are at the park either meeting up with his friends or on our own and we stay at least 45 min either playing fetch or walking around (likely longer unless I have meetings). After that I come home work for about 30 min, because now we play more fetch in the hallway. Finally I will work for about 5+ hours, then head to the gym, come back and depending on how sleepy he is either take him for another walk or let him nap. Around 5pm its his dinner time and we end up going for a late night walk around 7 pm. Throughout the day there is plenty of playing, chasing and cuddles. Some days we will substitute the park for going on a long walk and I'll let him tell me where we are going. Weekends I try to take him to the Lake for a big walk or to the beach, but I take him out at least 3-4 times a day and its the best part of my day. Caring for a dog is understanding their boundaries and what is best for them. Whether your dog needs to be laying next to me while I work, tucked in for naps, or needs his bed in the only spot in the house where the sun shines so they can bake like a potato, I will accommodate. I'd be happy to send photos of them throughout the day and provide updates whenever needed.

About: Hi! I’ve had a deep love for animals for as long as I can remember. I even thought about becoming a vet, but my heart wasn’t built for the tough stuff. About: Ever since I can remember I’ve always had at least one furry friend in my house (dogs and cats). I’ve also dog sat for friends and family over the course of my life. This includes senior dogs and cats that need a little bit of extra supervision (including administering medication) and care. I am currently working part-time 25hrs per week 5-hour shifts and am typically off at around 10pm. Therefore, I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friends before and after when I do work. More than happy to spend the night taking care of your pet(s) as well. Message me for more accurate details pertaining to my schedule as it can vary from week to week. I have a fenced yard, and can crate your dog(s) if needed. I would provide your pets with all the love they can ask for as well as physical stimulation through walks and playtime with pet toys. If applicable, I am also happy to take your pet to a dog friendly park or beach if that is something that would interest you (and your furry friend[s].)

About: I’ve always shared a deep bond with animals that has allowed me to build trustworthy relationships with them. I’m a very patient and dedicated individual. I currently am not working, so I’m able to provide all my love and attention into pets! I’m very fortunate to be in this situation and look forward to caring for your pets. I am always careful when opening and closing doors to ensure pets don’t escape. I also have experience in crating dogs for their safety and am comfortable doing so. And I always keep dogs on leash when outdoors in unfenced areas.
