Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. James did a great job with my dog Stella while I had family in town. Stella had so much fun with James and Brody that she was always excited to see them again. He was flexible with all the last minute plans and kept me up to date with the fun they were having through the day. I always returned home to a happy and tired puppy, which was awesome!
Neil was amazing with our little guy while we hung out for the weekend in the San Diego! He provided plenty of updates and made us feel at ease that our pup was in the best hands! We definitely would love to have Neil as Tyson’s sitter again whenever we are in the area again.

This was the first time leaving our 9 month old Beagle, so we were a little nervous. Cassandra was brilliant with him from the moment we met, to the updates we got when we were away to picking him up. He got plenty of walk and cuddles, and he truly settled into her home. Would not hesitate to use Cassandra again.

Mandy took amazing care of my dog, Milo, while I was traveling for the holidays. She sent adorable photos and updates while I was gone which made me smile and put me at ease to enjoy my travels. She is really great at communication so it was very easy to schedule drop-off and pick up times.
