“This was our first time boarding our kitty with a sitter and we had the best experience with Xiaoying. From the beginning and until we picked up our kitty, communication with Xiaoying was fantastic. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and really put me at ease. Throughout the stay, we received regular updates and photos, which made us feel confident that our kitty was in great hands. Xiaoying also took time and care to introduce our kitty to her own beautiful cats. I want to point out that a definite plus for me was that Xiaoying’s home is immaculate and my kitty had her own room. It was obvious that Xiaoying genuinely cared and went above and beyond to make our kitty feel comfortable and at home. She was very attentive to our kitty’s needs including her water intake, bathroom habits and her diet. At one point, my kiddos were afraid our kitty wouldn’t want to come home, that she was too comfortable at Xiaoying’s. When we picked her up, our kitty was relaxed, happy, and clearly well cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking again in the future. Highly recommend!”

Chris was amazing! He watched my two Golden Retrievers 3 & 4 yrs old for a week. After our meet and greet I knew Chris was a perfect fit. I was nervous my pups would be a little aggressive at first since they are extremely protective of me but Chris was great at disarming the dogs to make them feel immediately comfortable to let them know he wasn’t a threat. It was amazing to see how easily they took to him. Chris is very thorough making sure he has complete information and knowledge of your dogs before hand. He is very attentive to their needs and actions. Chris would give me recaps, pics, videos and feedback during their visit. I highly recommend Chris. I’m so happy I found such a trusted dogs sitter and care taker for the most important two loves of my life.
Polyanna is so great and wonderful with Bruno. I’ve been back to her twice already and have 2 more planned trips coming up and will definitely be rebooking with her again! She’s very responsive and stayed in communication as well as send update pictures throughout the entire time Bruno stayed with her, this made me feel very comfortable and I know Bruno is in good hands.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Emma! Leaving my dogs for 18 days was a big deal for me, but she instantly put my mind completely at ease. Because of her, I was actually able to unplug, relax, and truly enjoy my vacation! She was absolutely amazing with the dogs and provided perfect, loving care. She even went completely above and beyond when one of my dogs stopped eating the food I had prepared—she actually cooked for them to make sure they were fed, healthy, and happy! Without fail, she sent me daily updates and photos every single day, which I looked forward to so much. Our dogs were perfectly happy and doing great when I returned. If you need someone who is incredibly kind and will care for your pets as if they were her own, look no further. She is an absolute gem!
