Initially I was worried about Soleil staying with other dogs, but to our surprise, she got along great with the other dogs and it seems like she had a great time. This was our first time leaving her for such a long time -- while Penny is a sweetheart, she can also be a handful because of her youthful exuberance. Priscilla (along with husband and kids) left us feeling so assured that Penny was thoroughly loved during our time away. Not only did Priscilla give us frequent updates with pics and videos, she also gave us training and enrichment tips with some of the toys they had vetted with their dog Finn beforehand and got to use with Penny while she was there. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Emma! Leaving my dogs for 18 days was a big deal for me, but she instantly put my mind completely at ease. Because of her, I was actually able to unplug, relax, and truly enjoy my vacation! She was absolutely amazing with the dogs and provided perfect, loving care. She even went completely above and beyond when one of my dogs stopped eating the food I had prepared—she actually cooked for them to make sure they were fed, healthy, and happy! Without fail, she sent me daily updates and photos every single day, which I looked forward to so much. Our dogs were perfectly happy and doing great when I returned. If you need someone who is incredibly kind and will care for your pets as if they were her own, look no further. She is an absolute gem!

Rommel and his family took such good care of my senior dog Marcello. Marcello is almost blind and doesn't hear well and needs lots of walks.He's a sensitive and sweet boy and they recognized that.He is very loved and cared for with Rommel and his family. Sam is very thoughtful about her care and checked in with me to make sure certain snacks and oils were okay for her. She is also very diligent about sending updates. Jonathan was great with Charlie! He treated our dog like he was his own, which we really appreciated and made a huge difference in easing our nerves while we were away. He sent multiple pictures every day and kept us consistently updated, not just on how Charlie was doing physically, but also on his behavior and overall mood. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Charlie was in such great hands.
