Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. Jonathan was great with Charlie! He treated our dog like he was his own, which we really appreciated and made a huge difference in easing our nerves while we were away. He sent multiple pictures every day and kept us consistently updated, not just on how Charlie was doing physically, but also on his behavior and overall mood.
