Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. We would trust her and her family with our furbaby again and I highly recommend. 🥰”

Your dog will stay in a calm, comfortable home with access to a secure fenced backyard with artificial turf. I keep the home cool and will be home throughout their stay to supervise, provide care, and make sure they feel settled. This was our first time leaving our Carly with anyone other than family and the first time ever leaving her this long (8 nights!). It is very clear that Sondra and Kirk are huge animal lovers and we felt comfortable leaving our "baby" in their care. Sondra was very communicative and Carly came home happy and exhausted :)
Suleyman was excellent with my dog Lolo. I often worry about her because she is a timid and is easily frightened but she warmed up to Suleyman quickly and was happy and at ease while in her care.
