He took amazing care of our dog Kona and she has issues with other dogs, but he handled it perfectly and she trusted him fully. He is kind, calm patient and definitely has a special way with dogs. From the initial "sniffing out" meeting to the moment we picked up our happy pup, they were absolutely paw-some! Communication was im-paw-sibly easy - they were super responsive and sent us regular "pupdates" and photos, which really put our minds at ease. It was clear Bolo was having a ball hanging out with them and their other furry friends. He came home tired and happy, which is all we could ask for! We really appreciated their flexible and accommodating nature. They truly went above and beyond to make sure Bolo felt loved and cared for. Hanna was great with our pups! We were traveling and needed one night of sitting so we could attend a long event. Hanna was available and had great communication. She gladly took our three pups, two of whom are rescues and have anxiety and are fearful. She was gentle with them and they soon were following her everywhere. We got pictures of walks and were updated well. Hanna is a perfect person for watching your pups. Next time we are in town, we will definitely use her again. We highly recommend!
Saeedeh took exceptional care of our English Bulldog, Nashville, and we could not be more grateful for her help. We found ourselves needing a sitter on very short notice, and she immediately made herself available without hesitation. This was also our first time boarding Nashville, so naturally we were a bit nervous. Saeedeh went above and beyond to keep us informed and comfortable by sending daily photos and videos, along with regular updates on how he was doing. Jonathan took lots of photos and videos and gave me updates on how Cali was doing, which I greatly appreciated and it gave me peace of mind. This was my first time booking on Rover, so I was worried because Cali is very high-energy Belgian Malinois that does dog sports and not your typical couch potato. Jonathan did a great job meeting my dog’s needs and always replied pretty quickly. I felt comfortable knowing Cali was in good hands, and I would definitely book with Jonathan again. Pets parents if you have a dog who needs to be separated from other dogs or doesn’t do well in dog boarding facilities with high volume of dogs. Jonathan is your guy, He used to foster dogs and rehab them with behavioral issues and understand dog’s body language.
Longtime dog owner and new to the app as circumstances necessitated it, but Hoai was very accommodating and attentive to ensure that the transition is smooth as possible. My girl is 9 years and seemed like she had a good time. Good rec for if any party including the pup is anxious.

I cannot begin to explain how grateful we are for Ashely. Our situation was a bit unique - we had a wedding and wanted our pups to be in it, however had no way of taking care of them after. Ashley was so kind in coming to our venue to pick them up after the ceremony! She took care of them for the night, and when returning them, she gave us some freshly picked fruit from her tree - how sweet! Literally, they were delicious. Thanks to Ashley, we were able to have that special moment and cannot thank her enough. 20 out of 5 stars, highly recommend. Thank you Ashley!!

Most importantly, he took excellent care of Tucker, ensuring he was comfortable, happy, and well looked after while we were away. My golden had a great time with Todd & family! She stayed over the Christmas holiday and I sent a Christmas gift for her. They sent a video of her “opening” the present, which was so special and really showed how cared for she was. She had a great time & was well looked after!
Victoria is the fairy dog mother! My dogs have stayed with her 3+ times and they always have a great time. Her house is doggie paradise and she treats your dogs as if they are her own. She was very accommodating to the needs of one of my dogs who now takes a lot of different medicines and supplements. Do not hesitate to book with her.
