“Banafshe went above and beyond with George. He had some last minute medical issue which required some extra care (pills and a daily paw wash) and Banafshe was willing to attend to them and give George the extra love he needed. She is fantastic and you can tell how much she loves our 🐶!!”

About: Dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with German Shepherds, a Cocker Spaniel, and a mixed-breed dog. Later, when I started my own family, we welcomed Fiera, our Labrador Retriever. She grew up alongside my children—they were like siblings and partners in crime. If you’ve ever had a Lab, you know exactly what I mean. 😁 When Fiera was about five years old, Glitch, our little Shihpoo, joined the family. Fiera crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 13, and we still miss her every day. 💗 Making your pup feel safe and cared for is my priority. If your dog isn’t acting like themselves, isn’t eating normally, or just seems “off,” I’ll notice and I’ll let you know. I’m comfortable following detailed instructions, whether it’s feeding routines, walks, medications, or special care. I have experience giving oral medications, eye and ear medications, topical treatments, and subcutaneous injections when prescribed by a veterinarian. When I’m caring for your dog, I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages. While you’re away, I’m also happy to bring in mail and packages, water indoor or outdoor plants, rotate lights if requested, and help keep your home looking lived-in. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to help. 🐾 Health & Safety For the health and safety of all pets in my home, dogs staying with me must be free of fleas and ticks and current on veterinarian-recommended vaccinations, including rabies as required by law. I understand that some dogs may be unable to receive certain vaccines or use flea/tick preventatives for medical reasons. Please let me know in advance so we can discuss your veterinarian’s recommendations and make sure I can safely accommodate your pet. If fleas or ticks are discovered at any time during your pet’s stay, I will contact you immediately. Any necessary treatment will be discussed with you first and must be appropriate for your pet. Any treatment expenses and additional cleaning costs resulting from fleas or ticks will be the pet parent’s responsibility. I’m currently completing professional training from home, so I spend most of my day at home. This allows me to provide consistent supervision, frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of companionship for the pets in my care. Our home is shared with our small dog, Glitch, and our indoor cat, Vinnie. Both are important members of our family. Glitch enjoys having canine visitors, and he has always done well with dogs in our home. To keep everyone safe and comfortable, I carefully introduce dogs and only accept dogs that are friendly with cats. We have a fully fenced yard. I’m happy to accommodate your dog’s normal routine, including using a crate if they’re already crate trained and comfortable with it.

“Jocelyn was attentive, response, kind and patient to my little Almond. I received many pictures and updates during her stay. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend Jocelyn!”

“This was my first time using rover I was a little nervous but I had an amazing experience and Sondra and Kirk were so nice and accommodating when I was running late and leia had a great stay and got updated with photos throughout the day! Thank you can’t wait for leia to stay again!”

“Sandra was super nice and communicative through the whole stay about what they were up to and sending pictures. Our dog seemed to really enjoyed staying with their family and got along great with their dog Mocha. Will definitely reach out to Sandra the next time we need a sitter.”

“Michael and Shammy have become our go-to dog sitters for our 1 year old Australian labradoodle and we couldn't be more thankful for discovering such a caring family. Their professionalism, consistent communication, and heartfelt care truly stand out and its clear from Zori's joy and well-being during her stays that she's in excellent hands. We are truly grateful to have found such great care for our beloved Zori.”

About: I’ve grown up around dogs and now share my home with a sweet, calm Golden Retriever who loves making new friends. She enjoys cozy naps, gentle play, and relaxed companionship with other dogs. I work from home, so your pup will have attentive company throughout the day. They can enjoy supervised time in my secure fenced backyard, along with potty breaks, affection, gentle play, and plenty of restful downtime indoors. I’ll follow your dog’s usual routine as closely as possible and send photo updates so you can see they are safe, comfortable, and enjoying their day. My home is best suited to calm dogs with low to medium energy who enjoy a quieter pace. I want every pup, including my own, to feel relaxed and comfortable, so I’m a particularly good fit for dogs who like gentle play, cozy naps, and a peaceful day with caring company. I work from home full time, so your dog will have attentive company throughout the day. My calm Golden Retriever, Gigi, enjoys gentle play, cozy naps, and spending time with other easygoing dogs. Your dog will stay in a calm, comfortable home with access to a secure fenced backyard with artificial turf. I keep the home cool and will be home throughout their stay to supervise, provide care, and make sure they feel settled. I host only one visiting dog at a time, in addition to Gigi, so each guest gets individual attention. This is a great fit for calm dogs with low to medium energy who enjoy gentle companionship.
“Hannah was puppy perfection from start to finish! Upon meeting Hank she was professional and friendly, my 4.5 month old chocolate lab puppy greeted her as if they had know each other for months. Hannah was easy to work with for the pickup and roof and sent me messages and pics throughout his stay with her. She kept him physically active and was willing to take any any special requests I needed for Hank. I definitely would recommend Hannah to friends and family and will be contacting her next time I need some help with Hank!”

“She was a fantastic host and Atticus just loved her not only was she extremely good with him but I feel like she went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend her and book with her again.”

“Anu has checked in on my dog multiple times to feed him and take him on walks. She is always very detailed in her updates on how he is doing and he loves her visits! I had a last minute change and needed someone to watch my dog for two nights. She didn’t hesitate to take him into her home and took such great care of him. She sent updates and photos of long walks they went on and how he was getting along. My dog can be very anxious in certain situations, but he was so comfortable with her and at her home! Will definitely be booking again.”

“I highly recommend Muskaan! Sully was acting off on the day I brought him to her and she was very reassuring. She sent me plenty of daily updates with pictures and videos so that I knew Sully was doing well. He was walked twice a day and got lots of love. It was a great experience.”

“Thuy took great care of my dog and I'm very happy to choose her for watching my dog. She was very accommodating and responsive to messages. Photos provide of my dog while she was was there were great to see. My dog is very shy and Thuy was great with being patient and caring.”

“We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Tara! She sent us regular updates, photos, and videos, and made sure to prioritize our dog’s needs. Our dog played a lot with her dog, and with the backyard space available, her place seems to be a perfect space for dogs. We will 100% be hiring Tara again for our dog care needs! She’s a pro 💯”

“Emely was able to accommodate us last-minute and was quick to respond, provided multiple updates, and was so sweet with our dog. We know Penny had an absolute blast and already have plans to book Emely again!”

“Ellie and her family spoiled our dog Jager. He enjoyed a great deal of walks and playing. They even offered him a bigger and more supportive bed than the one I brought over. We will see if Ellie and her family are available to dogsit Jager again the next time we go out-of-town.”

“I felt completely at ease leaving Maaska for her overnight stay—I truly didn’t have to worry at all because I knew she was in such good hands. I’m so grateful for the care she received. She got to enjoy being in a home with a yard and even play with other dogs, which made the experience extra special. Honestly, it felt like the best sleepover of her life! I would absolutely leave her again and highly recommend her care.”

“My fur babies loved Tracy so much 🥹 One of my cats is usually a little reserved when meeting new people but she warmed up to Tracy the very first time they met. Tracy has a very calm and welcoming presence, I think any shy cat would feel comfortable around her. I wasn’t worried when I was away because Tracy regularly updated me with photos and videos. Will definitely be booking her the next time I need someone to watch my cats.”

“my first time ever leaving my pet with a sitter. genuinely the best experience i could have had. i was on a train trip which meant unpredictably when it came to arrival and departure times and they were always so accommodating. my cat also has a tendency to throw up or have stomach issues and were also accommodating to that. sent updates multiple times a day with pictures and my cat seemed very happy in every single photo. amazing sitters will be hiring again!”

“Julia was fantastic! She sent photo updates daily, as well as Rover notifications showing when she arrived and left. When we got home, saw that our cat was very happy and content. Well cared for by Julia. Highly recommend her!!”

About: I’ve always felt a special connection with cats. Their elegance, athleticism, and independent nature have always fascinated me. Over the years, I’ve shared my life with cats of all ages and have also fostered rescue cats, including those with complex medical needs requiring multiple medications. One of the things I love most about cats is that trust can’t be rushed—it has to be earned. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a cat who was once fearful choose to come over for affection. It melts my heart every single time. We currently have a gorgeous 2-year-old tuxedo cat named Vinnie. Even though cats usually rule the house, our little Shihpoo, Glitch, has somehow managed to convince Vinnie that he’s the boss. 😄 Every visit is tailored to your cat’s individual needs. Depending on their personality, we’ll enjoy interactive play, brushing (if they enjoy it), treats, cuddles, or simply quiet companionship. I’ll refresh food and water, clean the litter box, administer medications if needed, and make sure your cat receives plenty of attention before I leave. While you’re away, I’m also happy to bring in mail and packages, water indoor or outdoor plants, rotate lights if requested, and help keep your home looking lived-in. Just let me know what you need, and I’ll do my best to help.
“Taylor watched my two cats for 6 days last week. This was my first time using her services and I felt very comfortable with her coming into my home. She was dependable and did a good job. I will be using her services again.”

“I felt so much at ease going on our vacation with Caroline watching our fur babies! She took amazing care of our cats and home! One of our cats needs medication and she was great with him! And they arnt the cleanest cats so she was just amazing! The cats loved having her! She had great communication and great photos! I will definitely be calling her for next time!! You can just feel her love for your animals!! THANK YOU AGAIN!!”

“First time working with Emma and definitely not the last time. The cats approve! On time, which is crucial with the medication and very caring for both the cats and our piece of mind.”

“Kristie has watched our doggies a few times and she has been wonderful to both our Bob and Roxy. We have a very anxious older dog and she has been so patient with her. She is always on time and provides regular updates/pictures which makes me feel at ease. She always makes sure that our dogs are calm before she leaves them at the end of her dog sit. We appreciate her so much.”

“Our cat couldn't get more attention and care. He's very social and loves attention, amd she gave it! Proof was in the amazing pictures we received. Battlecat is super special and our fur baby, so this means a lot. Its heartbreaking to leave him, but when we do, we know he is treated so well by MacKenna. ❤️”

“Taro stayed with Ailen, and I could tell she had such a great time! She was always so happy in the pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. 🥰 Ailen also took the time to ask thoughtful questions about Taro and how she should care for her, which was really reassuring. I think Taro even made some new friends! As she’s gotten a little older, she’s not quite as friendly with other dogs as she used to be, so it was really nice to see her enjoying their company and having fun. Ailen is wonderful if you’re looking for someone reliable, caring, and attentive to take care of your fur baby. I would definitely recommend her! ❤️”

“Jaime was great with Sage. Sage can be nervous first meeting people and Jaime was confident Sage would be taken care of and warm up. She sent several update photos and Sage had a great time. I will definitely hire Jaime again ◡̈”

About: Searching for a trusted dog walker in Ladera Ranch? I’m Brittany, a local dog lover who can’t wait to give your pup a fun, safe, and happy walk! I have two dogs of my own, Taro and Ruckus, and they’ve taught me just how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your pets. They WILL NOT be joining our walks, so your dog will have my full attention the entire time. I’ve spent years walking, feeding, caring for, and loving dogs, and I know every pup is different. Some want to power walk, some want to stop and sniff every tree, and some just need a little extra patience. I’m happy to follow your dog’s routine and go at whatever pace makes them comfortable. Since I live right here in Ladera Ranch and work from home, I have a flexible schedule and know the local neighborhoods and walking paths well. Whether your dog needs a quick potty break, a midday walk while you’re at work, or a longer adventure to burn off some energy, I’m happy to help. Early mornings or late evening are totally fine since I can accommodate most schedules I have a friendly neighborhood with sidewalks and a large grassy park for walks. I always use a leash and am alert watching for other pups who might be walking near us.

“Hanna has been so wonderful with my pup, Moose! She is very considerate and patient wih my dog and me. Always considering that I adopted him recently and his temperment was still unknown when she first started walking him. She over communicates and always sends lots of photos. 110% recommend Hanna to walk your dog! She is the best!”

“I can’t say enough great things about David! He is patient, reliable, kind, and truly goes above and beyond. Our foster dog Lady is a very large, hyper terrier mix with little structure or social skills, and she can be overwhelming for most people. David has never been intimidated by her and always shows up with a smile, ready to give her the best care. Lady absolutely adores him — even when she gets overly excited and jumps all over him, he handles it like a total pro. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my pets are in such loving, capable hands. We will absolutely continue using David for Lady and any future foster dogs!”

“Dawn is awesome! After the third day Smokey didn't even look back at me. He saw Dawn and was was tugging at the leash to go. She even worked with me to split his walking time up when he couldn't make it back home one day. He's an old pup. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone.”

“Eve is great! She was on time and handled Cheetos very well. Cheetos is a very fearful and very afraid of strangers. Eve calmed her down and won her trust with some bribery. It's so great to have a perfect dog walker/sitter nearby! Thank you Eve!”

“Kristie is outstanding! She was extremely patient with my reactive and fearful dog, spent a lot of time getting to know her, and make her feel safe and comfortable. She has obviously a lot of experience handling dogs and I would highly recommend her!”

“So grateful for Caroline! We had a last minute out of town thing for the day and she was able to come care for our boys. I know they had a great time with her, especially from the pics :)”

“Susan is absolutely wonderful! My dog liked her instantly when she came by for a meet and greet and I knew that was a great sign. She took good care of my dog and went above and beyond to make sure she got a good walk. I highly recommend Susan for anyone who’s looking for reliable and loving care for their pet!”

“This was my dog Oivia's first roadside walk with anyone other than her family. My pup is 20 months old, big, and obsessed with trying to chase passing cars so I was hesitant to put her on the end of a leash for anyone else, but Kayla was calm and friendly to the point where we ALL felt comfortable, even the dog. Kayla is amazing. I highly recommend.”

About: What sets me apart is that pet care has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. 🐾🤍 I’ve been caring for dogs and cats since I was around 10 years old—starting with my own pets and helping friends and neighbors, and eventually turning that lifelong love into professional pet care. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience with pets of different ages, personalities, energy levels, and needs—from playful puppies and high-energy dogs to shy or anxious pets and sweet seniors who need a slower pace and a little extra patience. 🥰 I also have professional experience through Wag! and my own pet care business, where I’ve built wonderful relationships with both pets and their families. One of the biggest compliments I can receive is when a pet parent specifically requests me again—and I’m incredibly grateful to have repeat and recurring clients who trust me with their furry family members. 💕 I’m especially attentive to the little things. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, body language, personality, comfort level, and preferences rather than treating every pet the same. I’m comfortable following detailed care instructions, administering routine medications when needed, caring for senior pets, reinforcing owner-provided commands and routines, and giving nervous or shy pets the patience they need to warm up at their own pace. I’m also a bit of an over-communicator in the best way. 😂📸 You can expect pictures, updates, and little check-ins so you don’t have to spend your time away wondering how your baby is doing. At the end of the day, I don’t want to be just another sitter your pet stays with. I want to become someone your pet recognizes, gets excited to see, and your family feels completely comfortable trusting again and again. 🐶🐱🤍 Pet care isn’t something I squeeze into my schedule—it’s already a big part of my everyday life. 🐾🤍 I work from home and have built my routine around caring for pets, which means your furry family member gets plenty of attention, companionship, and love while they’re with me. I regularly care for pets through walks, drop-ins, sittings, and boarding, both through Wag! and my own pet care business, so there’s rarely a day that doesn’t involve a happy tail, a long walk, or a little extra fur on my clothes. 😂 One of my favorite parts of pet care is getting to know each pet’s little personality and routine. Some want adventures and playtime, some want endless cuddles, and some just want a calm person nearby who makes them feel safe. I adjust my care to your pet, rather than expecting every pet to fit the same routine. I’m big on keeping feeding times, walks, potty breaks, playtime, medications, and all those little habits as close to home as possible. And yes—you can absolutely expect pictures and updates along the way! 📸🐶🐱 Most importantly, I want your pet to feel like they’re spending time with someone who genuinely loves having them around—not like they’re simply being “watched.” My goal is for you to leave feeling comfortable and for your pet to leave happy, loved, and maybe just a tiny bit spoiled. 🥰🐾 Whether I’m welcoming your pet into my home or caring for them in the comfort of theirs, my goal is the same: make them feel safe, loved, comfortable, and as close to their normal routine as possible. 🐾🤍 I know every pet has their own personality and little way of doing things. Some are ready to be best friends within five minutes, while others need a little patience and space before deciding I’ve earned their approval. 😂 I take the time to learn what makes your pet happiest and adjust my care around them. In your home, I follow your instructions and your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible—from feeding and potty breaks to walks, playtime, medications, bedtime routines, and all the little details that make home feel like home. I’m also very respectful of your space and make sure everything stays clean, calm, and cared for while you’re away. In my home, I want pets to feel less like they’re being boarded and more like they’re having their own little staycation. 🏡🐶 They get plenty of attention, affection, walks, playtime, enrichment, and downtime depending on what they enjoy. Since I work from home, I’m around throughout the day to provide companionship and help them settle in comfortably. I have hands-on experience caring for pets through Wag! platform, my own pet care business, and years of caring for pets belonging to friends, family, and myself. That experience has introduced me to all kinds of personalities, ages, energy levels, routines, and special care needs—and taught me that there’s definitely no “one-size-fits-all” approach to pet care. And of course, expect plenty of pictures and updates! 📸💕 I want you to enjoy your time away without wondering how your furry family member is doing. At the end of the day, I want your pet to feel safe, happy, loved, and maybe just a little spoiled—and I want you to have complete peace of mind knowing they’re being cared for like family. 🐾
About: I have owned and cared for animals since I was four years old, and began caring for others’ pets around the age of eleven or twelve. I have experience in anything from dog walking to administering oral medication to making a pet feel at home with me. I will go the extra step to care for and protect your animals of any size and breed, and am more than excited to get to know and love all kinds of great pets. I am currently on summer break but working a part time job with variable hours. I more than likely will be able to fulfill a request, please just let me know what works best for you and I will respond as soon as possible. I have lots of experience with all kinds of animals including snakes, fish, birds, cats, and dogs. I will make sure to meet whatever needs you seek and will use everything in my knowledge to make your pets feel at home and well taken care of with me. Additionally, I am more than willing to look after the security of your home and do tasks like mail pickup and moving garbage if you request.
About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I am Animal Care Certified. I can take care of birds, cats, lizards and dogs. I take care of animals daily. I feed and play with them everyday. If I’m needed to help with the pets, I need a full day’s notice for transportation needs. I care for the animals in my household by having set feeding times and lots of cuddles. With the dogs, I make sure we get lots of playtime.

About: Growing up on a farm, I gained invaluable experience with a variety of animals, but dogs have always held a special place in my heart. I had the joy of spending 13 wonderful years with my beloved Golden Retriever before she passed away. These days, I love spending time with my "Grand-Dog" a couple of times a month. I recently relocated to Southern California from Connecticut, where I began my dog-sitting journey. I’m excited to continue building a community of pet parents here and share my love and care for animals. Your furry family member will be in compassionate and experienced hands with me! I offer boarding exclusively on weekends, giving me plenty of time to provide your pup with the attention, care, and companionship they deserve. Your dog will enjoy a relaxed, comfortable home environment with plenty of love and attention throughout their stay. To take care of our dog in your home I just need to know the routine of your dog as far as food, favorite toys, downtime etc.
