About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 years old. I am Animal Care Certified. I can take care of birds, cats, lizards and dogs. I take care of animals daily. I feed and play with them everyday. If I’m needed to help with the pets, I need a full day’s notice for transportation needs. I care for the animals in my household by having set feeding times and lots of cuddles. About: Hi! I’m a recent magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus in Crime & Justice, along with minors in Criminology and Political Science. During nearly three years of college, I worked at a coffee shop located inside OSU’s veterinary hospital, which was such a unique and rewarding experience. I loved being surrounded by animals every day and interacting with students and staff who shared that same passion. I learned a lot about animal safety, got plenty of time with pups, and was always happy to hand out a free pup cup (when diet-approved, of course!). My love for dogs started very early. I grew up with my rescue dog Bruce, a Black Lab/Chow mix, from the time I was six years old and he was a pup until he passed at 15 and a half years old last May. He was truly my best friend and a huge part of my life—I spent years walking him, playing fetch, and caring for him full-time. In 2022, my family adopted another rescue, Phoebe, who came from a traumatic background and needed a lot of patience, structure, and care. I was heavily involved in her training process—from potty training and leash work to helping her adjust to a safe, loving home. It was a learning experience that required consistency and compassion, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into the calm, happy, and well-behaved dog she is today. She now loves walks, hikes, and being around people and other dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I frequently volunteered with and donated to a local humane society in Corvallis during college. Through their “Doggy Day Out” program, I would take shelter dogs out for the day—whether that meant walks at the park, pup cups, or simply relaxing at home with plenty of cuddles. I always tailored each outing to the dog’s energy level, age, and personality, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved outside of the shelter environment. I’ve also cared for dogs outside my home, including helping raise and train a puppy for a close friend—handling walks, feeding, drop-ins, and daily routines while building good habits from the start. I’m responsible, attentive, and genuinely love working with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and backgrounds. I’ve been in an animal hospital for over 10 years I work full time with a toddler but looking to fill some days on the side to help a family take care of there pets I take care of them as if they are my own. I am loyal I work full time in the veterinary field but need some extra pay to help pay for childcare have experience with all dogs and cats Since i have a dog that’s picky with other dogs i would prefer to sit in your home unless my dog was comfortable with it she has stayed before at my parents house with their dogs I have an open work schedule, therefore daily visits and weekend visits are what I offer! I can do overnight visits if necessary, if your animal requires someone to stay at night. I currently can’t take pets in my own home. I can stay overnight in your home if needed. This will include play time and giving them all the extra love while you are away! Walk, feed, sleep repeat .she loves walks and sniffing everything. She will pee multiple times as she is older and needs more frequent walks so less accidents happen I have a small patio and lots of yard space to walk my dog. She goes out plenty of times during the day and just loves being with someone or anybody who gives attention
