About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. I have owned big dogs (Dalmatian and Golden Retrievers) as well as small dogs (Poodle mix). Taking care of dogs is a privilege because they give so much back to you. I am currently working part time from home with flexible hours so I will have plenty of time to look after your pet. I was born and raised in Switzerland where I grew up with 5 different types of pets at a time, including 1 Border Collie, 1 Belgian Shepherd, rescue cats, geckos, newts, mice, tortoises and rabbits - yes, we had it all! I have been living 'abroad' for the past 10 years and I have been in the US for the past 4. My husband and I own an Australian Shepherd that we rescued from a shelter in Brooklyn, New York. We've been using Rover as clients and it is now the time that I switch sides. My husband and I work from home so they will always be someone to take care of your pet. Our Australian Shepherd wakes up around 7:00 a.m. and we feed him twice a day and go out three times a day in the neighborhood, and sometimes we even go to the beach in our EV where he has a dedicated space that he can share. About: I have 8+ years of pet sitting experience, in addition to caring for my dachshund from ages 2 to 14. Since her passing last year, we have a pet-free home and backyard suitable for hosting dogs and cats and a lot of love and attention to give. Our dog was also VERY food motivated and would try to eat anything vaguely edible in the house. Because of this, we are still in the habit of keeping all foods out of pet-reach, including in the kitchen, purses/bags, and trash cans. I am currently job-seeking, which can be done from any location and allows me to have a completely flexible schedule, all days and hours of the week. About: The reflection of a person reflects how a domesticated animal will come to be. Thoughts like these make me want to understand more of why we were put on this world. Animals make me happy. They do things so flowingly and naturally and it’s so unique because it’s so simple. They don’t want to do it, they just do it. Each dog and cat all have their quirks and differences which is why they are so special to me being that all animals are special as well. These thoughts and experiences help me into exploring more of what I want to be as a person with animals and how this could help me to become what I aspire in being and beyond. I go to the gym almost everyday about an hour and a half. I go out most of the weekends usually between 2pm to 1am. 3 adults also live in our household and they already take care of most of the pets in our household. Every single moment counts as animals are in every single moment as well since they are being. To this moment I am still learning to understand all of my pets, they all have their differences and that is what I love so much. I have be different with each one. Adapting is such a big challenge for me because it can require a vast amount of patience and effort. Sometimes things will not go the way you want it to and that’s ok. There will always be another moment to try. These thoughts and reasons are what I want to apply when I’m studying new animals and how I can gain their trust.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
