My nursing background has made me detail-oriented, patient, and attentive to changes in behavior, so you can feel confident your pet is in caring hands and very well loved! I offer dog walking, drop-in visits, and cat sitting, and I'm comfortable administering medications and caring for senior pets or those with special needs. I'll follow your pet's routine, respect anything your pet does that makes them who they are, and make sure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. The BEST! Our cat adores Sydnie.
Sydnie is a wonderful sitter and we'd be thrilled to book with her again. We have two Maine Coon cats that demand a lot of attention and care. She was patient and attentive to them and we could tell the cats had a great time through all of the updates and photos. I think they might actually miss Sydnie more than us now :)

We couldn’t have ask for better pet caretakers with Syndie and Jack! This was our first vacation away from our kittens and we couldn’t have been luckier to have them care for our precious little gems. From day one, they were punctual, friendly, and thorough with our kittens. They took plenty of cute pictures and left thoughtful notes with every visit, quickly easing our worries. They were super responsive and caring. It’s so obvious they are true animal lovers and are a rare find. To top that off, we came back from our vacation to discover a heartfelt, hand-written card and treats for our cats! We can’t believe this is our first experience with pet sitters as I don’t know how anyone else will ever do a better job! We can’t say thank you enough and we hope we will be lucky enough to have Syndie and Jack care for our cats in the near future! Five stars all the way!

Schedule
As a nurse with a flexible schedule, I work just three days a week, giving me plenty of time to focus on my passion for caring for animals. My availability allows me to provide dependable, attentive care through dog walking, drop-in visits, and cat sitting. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having someone keep them company, I'll tailor each visit to their unique needs and routine. With my genuine love for animals, you can trust that your fur babies will receive the attention, compassion, and care they deserve while you're away!

Safety is my top priority when caring for your beloved pets. I ensure a secure and stress-free environment by carefully following your instructions for feeding, exercise, and daily routines. I’m vigilant about keeping your home and pets safe by checking doors, gates, and surroundings to prevent accidents or escapes. I stay attentive to your pet’s behavior, health, and comfort, recognizing signs of stress or illness and responding promptly if needed.
Pets
A typical day
Every pet is unique, so I tailor each visit to their personality and routine! For dogs, that may include walks, playtime, enrichment, or plenty of belly rubs. For cats, I enjoy interactive play, treats (if approved), brushing, or simply keeping them company if they prefer a quieter visit. I'll also make sure meals are served on schedule, fresh water is available, litter boxes are scooped or potty breaks are provided, and any medications are given as directed. My goal is to keep your pet happy, comfortable, and loved while you're away, and I'll always send photo updates of what we end up doing :)
