Since her passing last year, we have a pet-free home and backyard suitable for hosting dogs and cats and a lot of love and attention to give. About: As an animal lover since a small age, I’ve always been the go-to neighbor and friend to care for other’s beloved pets while they’re away. It’s a bright spot in my day to share some time with furry family members. I love cats, and I’d like to think I’m a bit of a cat whisperer. We have two cats, Bartleby and Butterscotch, both rescues. I understand cats can be timid with new people and need time to feel safe to reveal themselves. I feel I’m good at communicating my intentions and seem to gain their trust quickly through finding just the right way to speak and pet them. Dogs are wonderful companions. I always hate to travel and leave our 5 year old Frenchie named Brutus behind. I had the honor of training him since he was 10 weeks old. Brutus came along right as our senior rescue dog Bill was diagnosed with Cushing’s disease and needed daily medication to help treat it and eventually wearing diapers around the clock. Bill was a Yorkie-poodle mix with skin allergies and needed daily medication. I got to experience the senior dog that was slowing down and needing more care while training a high energy puppy. So I’m fully able and ready to care for dogs at any stage of their lives. I’m great at meeting them we’re they’re at and gaining their trust. I’d be more than happy to help care for your cats and dogs! I’m working part time and have time in the mornings, and after 2pm until late into the night for any help you may need. I am happy to take your dog on walks and play with them, as well as feed and spend time with any cats you may have in your home.

There’s nothing like peace of mind when you have to be away from your four-legged family members. My husband and I currently work from home and will shower your fur baby with love and attention. They will be well cared in our home. Availability most days with enough notice. We have a fully fenced patio great for potty breaks, basking in the sun, or resting in the shade. Pets are always accompanied when outside for safety. Inside is always a comfortable 72 degrees. We have a 2-story home with hard-wood floors, but area rugs in most rooms make it nice and cozy for pups. We are a calm and quiet household who prefers dogs with matching energy, but we still like to play and run several times a day, followed by well-deserved naps. I’m happy to preserve your fur baby’s routine when they are in my care. I can also administer medication if needed. ** for the safety of all the pets in my care, your pet must be well-mannered, potty trained, up to date on all vaccinations, flee/tick free, and in no way contagious.
