“I took a "test drive" with Mark, leaving my dogs with him for a day. He was a great match for my 2 older dogs. He knew how to match their energy and had a very calm presence when they first met him. My pups will usually bark at people when they first met them but not at Mark. They were fine with him for a full day. He took them for a walk and they were fine for him. My "party pup" wanted more pets from Mark before we left. I definitely recommend Mark for a calm & comfortable person & place of care.”

He lived for 19 years and I took him and my schnauzer with me to college because I couldn't stand being away from them! My experience administering medication Yes, I have had years of experience administering medication from giving oral pills, treating ears with ear flushes, giving eye drops, vaccines, subcutaneous fluids...you name it! I currently work from home, so I am available to keep your dog company all day long! Midday walks to the park for a lunch break are my favorite! About: I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around. I’ve cared for about 6 dogs over my lifetime, and would love to care for your pup too. We have a huge yard that is fenced in for them to go out and play and a large neighborhood great for walks. A few of the dogs I have taken care, love to run in our backyard because there is room for them to run. Since I’m retired I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pups. I love dogs and enjoy interacting with them. I want them to be happy and safe. I have a large, fully fenced in backyard and a separate fenced in side yard both of which can be closed and keep the dog inside. I also welcome any crates if a dog feels more comfortable in a crate at night. If a dog is well behaved at night, they could also bring a bed and sleep next to our bed.

About: I have a good experience caring for senior dogs because I had my own dog who passed away three years ago. He was a 17-year-old Lhasa Apso and had been my best friend since I was born. He was blind and had trouble moving around, so I learned how to help him safely and give him the care and attention he needed. Over the past three years, I’ve also taken care of puppies, active dogs, older dogs, and dogs that needed medication, for quick walks, overnight stays and even long periods such as a 5 week stay. I’ve even cared for kittens and senior cats, making sure they were happy, healthy, and well looked after. This experience has taught me patience, responsibility, and how to care for pets with different needs and personalities. Monday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (parents home all day) Tuesday: All day (parents home all day) Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (parents home all day) Thursday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (parents home all day) Friday: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (parents home all day) Saturday: All day (parents home all day) Sunday: All day (parents home all day) • Available for dog walking, pet sitting, and daycare. • Can care for pets while parents are home on weekends. • Evening weekday care after school; some flexibility for short walks or check-ins. I always make sure pets are safe, happy, and comfortable in my care. I follow owners’ instructions carefully, give medications when needed, and make sure animals are never left alone in unsafe situations. Pets staying at my house will always be one at a time(unless from the same household) to ensure they get my full attention. I have a two-story house with a fenced backyard in a safe neighborhood, and we’re close to a public park for walks and playtime. As I told her she could do when I got back she returned about 15 - 20 minutes later. And, she offered to, and did, take my pups on another walk to wear them out for the evening. I was very happy with her care of my dogs. In fact, I had already lined her up for a four day house/dog sitting job. After this any qualms I had vanished!”
