About: Hi, My name is Lita, I’m new on rover but well experienced in the dog world. I currently own a very special boy Doberman pincher. His name is Griffin and he is 6 1/2 years old. I’ve had him since the age of one. He is a rescue that survived a gunshot went to a shelter then to a foster who couldn’t handle him and back to the shelter. Then to his final destination which was ME! Nowadays, Griffin is thriving, and is known to be the best behaved and well trained dog in the neighborhood, as well as the most loved at the vet. I’ve spent a tremendous amount of time and effort, making sure that Griffin will live up to his potential And become the best possible dog. I also take care of Eros, a European champion line, German Shepherd, who weighs as much as I do if not more. After nearly 5 years of taking care of him, he and his family are like my own. I’ve been around dogs and learned proper care and handling since childhood, as my family used to breed Airedale Terriers and French bulldogs. I live a bi- coastal life (part Southern California part south Florida) which means that if you see my availability open on here, my schedule would be wide open to take care of your dog/s, and I won’t be leaving for extended periods of time to work. I’m happy to take them with me anywhere like parks, hikes, the beach, car rides etc. And will be providing them with all the enrichment and exercise they want and or need :) looking forward to working with you! I have a fitness business in south Florida that I return to but When I’m in California, my schedule is nearly wide open and this dog sitting will take priority. I would be with them as much as needed and can take them with me places. I provide very knowledgeable handling, care, and attention. Dogs THRIVE on structure and I am the best at it. I’m extremely disciplined with my dog, and can follow any routine with yours too.

About: I have 8+ years of pet sitting experience, in addition to caring for my dachshund from ages 2 to 14. Since her passing last year, we have a pet-free home and backyard suitable for hosting dogs and cats and a lot of love and attention to give. About: I love the outdoors/nature and using up all my energy I have for the day which help my pet at home stay happy and satisfied in everything aspect of life. Same can go for yours… I have a full time job, I do start later than usual so I’m available early in the morning or even in the early hours of the afternoon. I also have free availability all day and night Sat & Sun. Just don’t hesitate to communicate and we can come up with a plan that can work best for you. I am very cautious of my pets surroundings, if I were to leave for the day, I make sure nothing is in reach for a destruction or a mess. I do shut all doors and gates leading to upstairs. I check the floor to see if there is anything that should not be left unattended or food as well. Lastly I just make sure there is enough toys or object to keep him occupied

“Yarira is a wonderful pet sitter and a good human (according to our pups and us)! She instantly bonded with our protective Australian shepherd and silly pug, and their love for her was obvious based on the many smiling photos she sent of our Aussie, Lily, as well as the pictures of Eddie sleeping and resting comfortably on or next to her. She even took the dogs to the dog beach while we were away! (*with our permission, of course...) A short video of the two pups showed lily planting kisses on her face while she tried to pose them for the "Live" picture -- a sure sign that Lily was happy as could be. She also took good care of our home while we were away, and we always felt comfortable knowing she was there with our dogs. We would absolutely have Yarira back to care for our furry kids anytime.”

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember! I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. When in your home, I would love to take your fur babies for walks, to dog parks, anything you already do with them to make them the most comfortable! I now have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to be available for consistent walks throughout the week. Weekday mornings & afternoons work best for me. Safety is my top priority. I keep dogs on a leash, unless instructed otherwise, stay aware of my surroundings and avoid unsafe situations. I also make sure to treat every client’s home with respect and make sure the pets are comfortable.
