“Rachel is wonderful. Under her care my cat Tinky thrived. Tink developed a middle ear infection right before the Two week Xmas break from school. We had a trip planned to visit family for Christmas. We didn’t know what to do. A friend suggested using rover as they were using rover for their dog during the holidays break. We met Rachael and she put me at ease letting me know she had 4 cats of her own and her mom’s cat had previously had a middle ear infection. I felt confident she would know how to take care of Tinky. About: I have a good experience caring for senior dogs because I had my own dog who passed away three years ago. He was a 17-year-old Lhasa Apso and had been my best friend since I was born. He was blind and had trouble moving around, so I learned how to help him safely and give him the care and attention he needed. About: I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around. I’ve cared for about 6 dogs over my lifetime, and would love to care for your pup too. We have a huge yard that is fenced in for them to go out and play and a large neighborhood great for walks. A few of the dogs I have taken care, love to run in our backyard because there is room for them to run. Since I’m retired I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pups. I love dogs and enjoy interacting with them. I want them to be happy and safe. I have a large, fully fenced in backyard and a separate fenced in side yard both of which can be closed and keep the dog inside. I also welcome any crates if a dog feels more comfortable in a crate at night. If a dog is well behaved at night, they could also bring a bed and sleep next to our bed.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I can remember. I grew up being the personal dog sitter for everyone in my neighborhood. I’ve taken care of dogs of various ages ranging from new born to elder. I absolutely love animals and promise to take care of your pup with the same amount I give my own. I am a full-time college student. I am free Mondays and Wednesdays after 2pm. Tuesdays after 4. All day Thursdays and Fridays. Free weekends if needed. My dad is always home so if I’m not home there will be someone there to be with the pet if it is being sat at my house. I have a huge park by my house and will take them on frequent walks. When I visit dogs at families houses I make sure the dog is fed, pet, snuggled sufficiently, walked, and has enough water.
