“It’s clear that Xiaoying and her husband love cats. They have a good understanding of cat behavior and know how to help all cats feel comfortable. My cat did not have much experience around other cats, but Xiaoying knew how to do a slow proper introduction and my cat was able to warm up to the new surrounding and make kitty friends. They provided the most safe, loving, clean, and caring home for our cat. They gave him so much care and attention each day and it comforted us to receive so many daily videos and pictures. She was extremely accommodating with my travel schedule and went out of her way to make sure I didn't miss my flight. She sent daily updates on the dogs and kept me in the loop regarding their activities. I would definitely leave my dogs with her again and would highly recommend her!”
