Before the sit, Banafshe was courteous and timely in replying to our handful of messages with questions. She was gracious enough to allow us to bring Huxley over for a quick meetup with her and her lovely family), before the scheduled stay. Banafshe followed up with us the day of to confirm what time we would be dropping Huxley off. Unexpectedly, our pup had a tooth pulled prior to the boarding, and Banafshe was very helpful in ensuring Huxley received his medication (in his food). Throughout the time of the boarding she provided thoughtful updates and photos and was very responsive. She checked in with us to confirm when we would be picking up Huxley and made sure his items we left with her, were in his bag. 10/10. Aanchal was wonderful with our high-energy Golden Retriever, Chutney! She initiated a meet and greet and was genuinely eager to learn all about Chutney and how to best care for him, which I really appreciated. Chutney stayed with her for two nights. Although her home setup (a dog and two small children) is very similar to ours, he showed a bit of anxious behavior at the beginning of his stay. Aanchal was incredibly patient, understanding, and attentive while he adjusted. She handled everything calmly and thoughtfully. She sent regular updates and pictures, which gave me so much peace of mind and helped me feel confident that Chutney was in great hands. I would absolutely recommend Aanchal as a boarder/sitter and wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again!
