Retired long-time dog dad
I am retired as of a few years ago, and we just lost our Bailey girl at 14 years old a few years back. I haven’t adopted a new dog since and instead am taking care of our kids dogs when they go out of town but do miss having a dog around. I’ve cared for about 6 dogs over my lifetime, and would love to care for your pup too. We have a huge yard that is fenced in for them to go out and play and a large neighborhood great for walks. A few of the dogs I have taken care, love to run in our backyard because there is room for them to run.

William was an attentive dog sitter. He went above and beyond to watch over Almond and was kind to cater to my puppy picky eating habits. I received many pictures and videos during my time away from her. I am grateful for William and his support with watching my fur baby.
Zoey loved her time at Williams house, him and his wife took such good care of her. She loved them and their home, especially the expansive backyard she had available to play in. We received photos, videos and updates often, which made us feel more comfortable while we were on vacation. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.
William and his wife were great hosts for our dog. They sent daily updates and photos and videos, which I very much appreciated. Additionally, they have a beautiful yard for dogs to roam around in! I highly recommend them.
Jay and his wife Suzanne are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. My dog Bear, who is very picky about his people, loved them instantly. Jay sent me pictures and videos every day of him playing ball, enjoying his beautiful backyard, and just relaxing. Thank you both so much for taking such good care of him. I HIGHLY recommend Jay to everyone!!
William took very good care of my Rhodesian Ridgeback Magnum. He spent time playing ball with him and taking him for walks. William has a large home and large back yard so there was plenty of room for my 97 pound dog. I received pictures and updates which I greatly appreciated.
Poofy had a great time, enjoyed every minute of his stay, highly recommend!

Schedule
Since I’m retired I have plenty of free time to take care of and play with pups. I love dogs and enjoy interacting with them. I want them to be happy and safe.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a large, fully fenced in backyard and a separate fenced in side yard both of which can be closed and keep the dog inside. I also welcome any crates if a dog feels more comfortable in a crate at night. If a dog is well behaved at night, they could also bring a bed and sleep next to our bed.
A typical day
I love to play with dogs. Whether it’s fetching after a ball or dodging each other. I have had my own dogs for the past 25+ years. Both of our dogs lived to be almost 15 years old each. I currently do not have our own dog so we have time to spend to take care of your dog.
