Hi, my name is Melissa! I’m someone friends and family have always trusted with their pets, whether that means daily walks or pet sitting, I genuinely love spending time with animals. I always take the time to learn each pet’s routine so they feel comfortable and cared for right away. I have two dogs of my own who set the standard. Hank is my rescue and the sweetest guy ever! He lives for pets, comfy beds, and cheese. Roo is my Boston Terrier who loves sleeping on the bed, parking herself by a heater, and enjoying cheese and ice cubes snacks. Because of them, I’m big on routine, comfort, and making sure pets feel at home. I’m happy to go on walks, play fetch, give plenty of love, and make sure your pet feels safe and relaxed while you’re away. I treat every pet like they’re my own, and I will always send detailed updates and photos so you can check in anytime and be most comfortable that your family members are in good hands🤍

Melissa treated my dogs better than I do! Lol She was very attentive to them and kept me updated daily with photos and details of their day!
Melissa cared for my cat while I was out of the country with extremely limited cell service. Despite my inability to respond, she kept me updated and reassured with detailed reports and photos. I highly recommend her with zero hesitation and in grateful appreciation for her loving care of my kitty. She even fed the fish as an extra bonus!
Melissa was so kind and flexible with our schedule when we needed to reschedule one day. Our pup, Lucky, absolutely loved her as well as our cat. She’s great about sending updates and communicating.

Schedule
I’m also available to board dogs in my home! I have two very friendly dogs, a fully fenced large backyard for safe playtime, and a park nearby for walks and fresh air. Your pets will get plenty of attention, movement, and cozy downtime, basically a little staycation with built in friends.

All pets are welcome on the couch for relaxing time, and I always make sure fresh water is available throughout the day. I take dogs outside regularly for breaks, play, and fresh air. I’m also big on keeping a clean space, my home is always tidy, safe, and pet friendly so everyone can relax! ☺️

A typical day
Any toys your dog loves are always welcome! Familiar things can make a big difference in a new environment. With my parents’ dogs, I love taking them on walks, giving ice cubes, sharing a little cheese (with permission!), and honestly spoiling them in whatever way makes them happiest. I’m also big on quiet time, sitting with them, giving pets, and helping them settle in, because I know new places can sometimes be a little stressful.
