“Shahla is THE BEST! She watched our dogs for the long Thanksgiving holiday and became their new best friend! She sent us photo and video updates throughout the day, everyday. She always reassured us that they were happy and safe. This was our first time using Rover and I feel so blessed to have found Shahla. Please do not hesitate to have her watch your house and pets while you are away. She will not disappoint! Thank you, Shahla! xoxo, Hank and JJ”

“Erika is a great house/cat sitter! We can trust her to handle everything that comes up day to day, keeping the household running smoothly. The kitties adore her—they are very spoiled and happy when we return. We are completely happy!”

“David was absolutely amazing for us! He was able to accommodate us last minute for our wedding, which meant so much during such a busy and special time. From the moment he arrived, he bonded so quickly with all three of our dogs — it was clear they felt comfortable and happy with him right away. He kept us updated throughout the night and sent the sweetest pictures, which gave us so much peace of mind. We were able to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying for a second. Huge thumbs up! He was truly awesome, and we are so grateful for him! 🐾💛”

“Penelope is a truly amazing dog sitter! Everytime I get home from my trips away, my 3 dogs are so calm and not anxious at all (whereas they have been before with other sitters). I have a 16 year old dog as well who requires a lot of care and has specific medical requirements, and Penelope always handles him with so much care. She sends helpful updates and pictures so I always know what’s going on at home. I am so grateful to have found penelope for my pups!”

About: I have my own doggo (of 2 years) and have had all kinds of pets throughout my life. I know the dedication, dependability, and love they need to thrive and enjoy life! I have a flexible schedule as I am currently pursuing acting jobs. I have the ability to say no to any job that would conflict with my walking/sitting jobs as well as my time with my own pets. I am very detail oriented, making sure I meet all the needs of every unique pet. But, it’s not just about needs, I also make sure I satisfy the wants of your pets-providing scratches and play time always!
About: I have taken care of my neighbors pets since I was 18 and have been so blessed by the experience. It has taught me that each animal is different and needs select level of care and attention. I will curate your pets experience based on how they're temperament is and I will take the best care as if they were my own fur baby. I work monday- friday 8:30-5:30 and will care for your pets between evening and morning. Sometimes my boss if flexible enough where I could run to your house and let them out midday on my lunch break. I will walk at night or early morning depending on the day. I will take extra care in your home. I do rent so I am unable to care for your pets in my own space but I would be more than happy to help you out in their most comfortable environment. I'm a preschool teacher so I am out most of the day until 5:30.
“My wife and I recently took a trip to visit family in Eastern Pennsylvania. We were traveling for the first time post Covid Making it more difficult to leave our Golden Retriever - Bandit, as he is a part of the family and goes most places with us. We researched several dog and house sitting sources and found Rover was best suited to our needs. Once on the Rover site we found Joy who perfectly fit all the criteria we had identified as essential. Joy came to the meet and greet and immediately formed a strong bond with us and Bandit. The neighbors reported that Joy and Bandit were always together sitting outside, walking and playing. We will definitely use Joy again in the future.”
“Emma was awesome. She cared for Our Glinda girl and my Angelfish while we were away. All was great and my Glinda was very happy when we came home. Emma updated us daily with video and photos and she even cooked for my pup as well. Thank you for everything, Emma. We’ll see you next time. The Bishop Family.”

Coto De Caza pet parents share their Rover experiences
We had an amazing experience with Kristie as our dog sitter. She is wonderful with our dog, and he absolutely loves her! We trust her completely, which gives us so much peace of mind. She even accommodated a last minute request for us and was so respectful of our home. We are incredibly grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.” 🐾

Michael was fantastic! He took wonderful care of Stanley and Millie and did a great job communicating with us every day, including sending photos that we really appreciated. One of our dogs is ill, needs daily medication, and is very attached to me, and Michael handled this beautifully — she did great and was clearly comfortable and well cared for. We came home to a very tidy house, but most importantly, our dogs were happy, relaxed, and clearly in excellent hands. We felt completely at ease while we were away. We were so pleased that we’ve already booked Michael again for another trip. Highly recommend!

I can not say enough good things about Tiffany! She really is the best. She cares for our animals like they are her own and always provides the best updates. I never worry about my little farm when i'm gone when I know they are with her. She gives them all the love and attention we do and more!

Madi helped us out when our confirmed Rover sitter canceled at the last minute. Both of our pets are in their senior years and we wanted a sitter with this type of experience. Madi stayed at our home and took great care of them. She kept in regular communication with us and sent photos. We highly recommend her and would definitely seek her out again should we need a pet sitter.

Abby and Austin are absolutely wonderful! They spent the day at our home and then at the dog park with Penny, and we couldn’t have asked for better care. They kept her happy, entertained, and comfortable all day long. It was such a relief knowing Penny was in such loving, capable hands while we were away. They sent updates throughout the day so we knew she was doing great, and we came home to a very content pup. Penny adores them, and it’s clear how much they love and understand dogs. We feel so lucky to have found them and will definitely be booking with them again!

Kaitlyn is such a wonderful pet sitter! Lady, (my cat) was well cared for and in happy spirits when I returned. While I was gone Kaitlyn sent very cute pictures and updates, Lady seemed to have a great time with her and a calm happy experience. I highly recommend!
