And of course, I have so much love for dogs!! I’m currently home for the summer from school! I’m a student at Point Loma Nazarene University but don’t go back until September! About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I can remember. I grew up being the personal dog sitter for everyone in my neighborhood. I’ve taken care of dogs of various ages ranging from new born to elder. I absolutely love animals and promise to take care of your pup with the same amount I give my own. I am a full-time college student. I am free Mondays and Wednesdays after 2pm. Tuesdays after 4. All day Thursdays and Fridays. Free weekends if needed. My dad is always home so if I’m not home there will be someone there to be with the pet if it is being sat at my house. I have a huge park by my house and will take them on frequent walks. When I visit dogs at families houses I make sure the dog is fed, pet, snuggled sufficiently, walked, and has enough water. About: From as long back as I can remember I’ve had pets of all kinds. I was the kid that brought strays home. I’m the person that an owner of a stubborn pet will say to “wow! They actually like you.” It’s hard for me to put into words how much I love animals. I have pets of my own and know how hard it is to trust others with them. I just want to help pets who have owners that need to go away for a bit feel safe in that change. And I want to give you peace of mind that your fur-babies are being taken care of. I’m here to help them and to help you. I’ve never lived a day without having a dog. I’ve cared for and watched over many dogs of my own, of family’s and of friend’s. Professionally I have walked for Wag! and continued on as a personal/private house and dog sitter for a couple who traveled on average once a month. I held this position for almost three years. I bonded with and stayed in their home with their dog consistently to maintain her routine when her owners were away. Growing up I’ve had dogs of many breeds and sizes. I take pride in my ability to connect and communicate with dogs and to understand their unique ways of communicating. I have a natural affinity for them. About: From cows to dogs, I have been around all kinds of animals since I was a kid. I understand each pet has their own history and personality that comes with them! I am currently back home for the summer and have a lot of availability to walk your pets! I am flexible with times and always willing to help out. I would bring water with a clean bowl for the dogs I walk, as well as doggy bags and any treats approved by their owners. I would make a list in my notes of the dog's name, any allergies, behavior to be aware of, and allowed treats to stay organized and on the ball for their needs. I will walk with the dog any distance required by the owners to make sure their furbaby gets what they need!

About: Hi! I’m a recent magna cum laude graduate of Oregon State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a focus in Crime & Justice, along with minors in Criminology and Political Science. During nearly three years of college, I worked at a coffee shop located inside OSU’s veterinary hospital, which was such a unique and rewarding experience. I loved being surrounded by animals every day and interacting with students and staff who shared that same passion. I learned a lot about animal safety, got plenty of time with pups, and was always happy to hand out a free pup cup (when diet-approved, of course!). My love for dogs started very early. I grew up with my rescue dog Bruce, a Black Lab/Chow mix, from the time I was six years old and he was a pup until he passed at 15 and a half years old last May. He was truly my best friend and a huge part of my life—I spent years walking him, playing fetch, and caring for him full-time. In 2022, my family adopted another rescue, Phoebe, who came from a traumatic background and needed a lot of patience, structure, and care. I was heavily involved in her training process—from potty training and leash work to helping her adjust to a safe, loving home. It was a learning experience that required consistency and compassion, and it was incredibly rewarding to watch her grow into the calm, happy, and well-behaved dog she is today. She now loves walks, hikes, and being around people and other dogs. In addition to caring for my own dogs, I frequently volunteered with and donated to a local humane society in Corvallis during college. Through their “Doggy Day Out” program, I would take shelter dogs out for the day—whether that meant walks at the park, pup cups, or simply relaxing at home with plenty of cuddles. I always tailored each outing to the dog’s energy level, age, and personality, making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved outside of the shelter environment. I’ve also cared for dogs outside my home, including helping raise and train a puppy for a close friend—handling walks, feeding, drop-ins, and daily routines while building good habits from the start.
